As Seungcheol reflected on his turbulent relationship with Joshua, his mind drifted back to their childhood, to a time when their bond had been unbreakable, forged in the fires of tragedy and loss.
Seungcheol and Joshua had grown up together, their lives intertwined from a young age. Joshua's father had been Seungcheol's father's most trusted gang member, and when tragedy struck and Joshua's father died in a mission, Seungcheol's father had taken Joshua in as his own, raising him alongside Seungcheol as a member of the family.
Despite their different backgrounds, Seungcheol and Joshua had formed a deep and lasting bond, their shared experiences binding them together as brothers in all but blood. They had laughed together, cried together, and faced the challenges of their tumultuous upbringing side by side, their friendship a constant source of strength and support in a world filled with uncertainty and danger.
But as they grew older, the pressures of their respective roles within the gang began to strain their relationship, pushing them further and further apart until they were barely speaking to each other. And now, as they found themselves on opposite sides of a bitter feud, Seungcheol couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness for the loss of the friendship they had once shared.
As he watched Joshua walk away, Seungcheol couldn't help but wonder what had gone wrong, where they had taken a wrong turn on the path that had once seemed so clear. He knew that they had both made mistakes, that they had both let their pride and their egos get in the way of what truly mattered – their friendship.
But as Seungcheol thought back to their childhood, to the innocent laughter and the carefree days they had shared, he couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope. Perhaps, he thought to himself, it wasn't too late to salvage what was left of their relationship, to bridge the divide that had grown between them and find their way back to each other once again.
With a determined look in his eyes, Seungcheol made a silent vow to himself – he would do whatever it took to mend the rift between him and Joshua, to reclaim the friendship that had once meant so much to both of them. And with that thought in mind, he turned and walked away, his heart heavy with regret but filled with hope for the future.

Yoon Junghoon's heart pounded in his chest as he stood frozen in front of the Amber gang member, his mind struggling to process the devastating news. His daughter, Subin, and his son, Jeonghan, both gone in an instant. He felt as if the ground had been ripped from beneath his feet, leaving him suspended in a void of despair.
"Wh-what do you mean they're gone?" Junghoon's voice trembled as he fought to control his emotions, his hands clenching into fists at his sides.
The gang member's expression remained cold and indifferent as he delivered the crushing blow. "I'm sorry, Mr. Yoon. There was a bomb blast at the market. Your children... they didn't make it."
Junghoon's world shattered around him. Tears welled up in his eyes, blurring his vision as he struggled to comprehend the magnitude of his loss. "N-no... It can't be true. Subin... Jeonghan..." His voice cracked with anguish, the weight of grief bearing down on him like a suffocating blanket.
The gang member shifted uncomfortably, clearly unaffected by the pain he was inflicting. "I wish I could say otherwise, but I saw it with my own eyes. They didn't stand a chance."
A guttural cry tore from Junghoon's throat as the reality of his children's deaths crashed over him like a tidal wave. He sank to his knees, the strength draining from his body as he succumbed to the overwhelming sorrow. "Subin... Jeonghan... How could this happen?" he whispered, his voice raw with anguish.
