chapter 52

      Edward pov

"Then she woke up and hid in my cubby and sealed herself inside and I knew actually what I had to do and kick out my dad because she was not going to come out with him there and I knew that. So I kicked his out and I actually learned how to get her out and I always had to gain her trust first before I even  built the friendship with her. That's what had to happen with her first. Wow was that hard to fucking get!" I told them.

"Then once I got that, the friend part became easy even though we butted heads at times." I chuckled at remembering.

"She bitch my ass out or find a way to kick my ass that's for sure." I told them.

"Then out of the blue we started telling each other everything slowly and we became best friends and the rest well look as now." I told them.

"I wasn't looking for her and she wasn't looking for me we just so happened to cross paths at the right time and I guess it was supposed to happen. We were supposed to find each other and we were always supposed to be together no matter what." I told them.

"Does my wife even know who her mom really is?" I asked my grandma mira.

"No, no one does Edward. I don't even know who she is in this form and they even don't have all the answers either!" She told me.

"So the island just simply let her in like that?" I asked my grandma mira.

"Yeah, just like that and how she was beaten so badly too. She told anyone who did it to her either that I know of." She explained to me.

"You must of saw this?" She asked me. "Yeah I did! Just not saying how or when I did either!" I told her.

"I saw a lot of things." I told her. "Not meant for people or anything to see or hear!" I explained to her.

"Oh!" She said. "Yeah! But before that I also knew after what happened to my wife I knew I had to step back from being her husband and be her best friend again but this time I could also show her love to and we ended up starting a normal relationship. We got to experience dating for the first time and I won't change that either because I got this in return this time around and my wife came in fully out of hiding because it this time. I kinda have to step back a little and play that best friend role now to her and it's so easy to just slip back into that role for her but also show her in return how much I feel about her too without the sex part because that isn't what our relationship is about at all it's how we feel about each other.  We don't need the other to show how we feel about each other. Sure when do become one it's more to then then what people can ever understand but that's not why we do it or ever need it all the time. Just this is perfect for me." I explained to them.

"That right there is true deep soul love from a heart." My grandma mira. "Rare but true to experience and beautiful and amazing to experience and I knew what that felt like to have with my husband and I lost him." My grandma mira said.

"I'm sorry!" I told her. "Don't be! You get to experience what I had and I'm so blessed you do!" She told me.

"Grandma, I would not change what I have with my wife for anything in the world or beyond this world for what I feel for her." I told her.

"Then don't!" She told me and I just stayed quiet and smiled my wife favorite smile looking down at my wife and she was still holding my foot sleeping peacefully.

"I can't move. If I do she'll wake up. She needs her rest. So I'm just going to sit here and let her hold my foot and watch her sleep peacefully because she looks so beautiful right now." I told them chuckling.

"I'll go make us something to eat. Care to join Mira and see what your grandson built with his own hands and mind?" My sister asked.

"Oh, a grand tour? I expect your offer doc?" I just smiled at the both never looking away from my wife.
