MEERA'S POV WILL COME IN THIS CHAPTER!

THE NEXT DAY

The final bell of the college day echoed through the halls. Relief washed over her, laced with a nervous anticipation that fluttered in her stomach like a trapped butterfly. As she recounted the events to her two best friends, Dahlia and Elena, Dahlia launched into a theatrical gasp, her eyes wide with a mixture of shock and amusement.

"Oh. My. God, Meera!" she exclaimed, her voice reaching a theatrical pitch. "Did he really... lick the cream off? Dahlia squealed with delight, her eyes sparkling with a mischievous glint. "Girl, this is like a scene straight out of a movie!

Elena, rolled her eyes playfully at Dahlia's dramatics. However, a hint of a smile tugged at the corner of her lips. seriously, Meera, that's... intense. Are you sure you'd be okay with this whole thing?"

Meera fidgeted with the strap of her bag, a shy smile gracing her lips. " with Adrian, a Part of me is terrified, but the other part... well, the other part is kind of excited."

Elena squeezed her hand reassuringly. "Hey, whatever happens, we're here for you. Just be careful, okay?

Meera chuckled, her heart swelling with gratitude for her supportive friends. Taking a deep breath, she rose from her seat. "Thanks, guys. I appreciate it." With a final wave goodbye, she stepped out into the bustling college courtyard, her gaze scanning for a familiar figure.

Following Adrian's cryptic instructions, Meera opted for comfort over style. A white top, paired with sky-blue jeans and a jean jacket, She had even tied her hair back in a simple ponytail, a practical touch that felt strangely freeing. As she stood by the bus stop, a knot of nervous excitement tightened in her stomach.

Just then, a familiar rumble echoed through the air, growing louder until a sleek motorcycle roared to a stop in front of her. Adrian, clad in a leather jacket and jeans, dismounted with the practiced ease of a seasoned rider, his leather jacket molding to his broad frame. A mischievous grin, as familiar as his cocky swagger, stretched across his face. He straightened, running a hand through his wind-tousled hair, a gesture that was both nonchalant and undeniably sexy for her,

"Well, well, Fresa," he drawled, his voice a smooth baritone.

Meera's heart hammered against her ribs. "A-Adrian," she stammered, her voice barely a whisper. Despite the butterflies in her stomach, a thrill shot through her as she took in his confident demeanor.

"Hop on" Adrian instructed, patting the seat behind him. "We have an adventure waiting for us."

With a deep breath and a silent prayer for a safe journey, Meera clambered onto the back of the motorcycle. As Adrian adjusted his helmet, his eyes met hers, A hint of a smile played on his lips as he gently placed the helmet on her head, his touch sending a jolt through her. Taking a deep breath, he helped her secure the straps, his gaze lingering on her for a beat too long.

With a deep rumble, Adrian pulled the bike away from the curb. Meera, her heart pounding a frantic rhythm, tightened her grip on his shoulders, her fingers digging slightly into the leather of his jacket. Adrian, sensing her nervousness, shot her a quick, reassuring glance.

"Relax, Meera," he said, his voice a calming rumble against the wind. "Just hold on tight, and enjoy the ride."

Meera followed his advice, slowly letting go of the tension in her shoulders. The wind whipped through her hair, pulling at the loose strands of her ponytail. After a thrilling half-hour ride that left her breathless yet exhilarated, Adrian pulled the bike to a stop on a quiet path leading to a serene lake. The sun glinted off the water's surface, casting a golden glow over the secluded spot. It was a place untouched by the bustle of the city, a hidden gem nestled amongst the rolling hills, before she could speak, Adrian spoke, "Think you can handle this, Fresa?" he asked, gesturing towards the driver's seat.
