Turning to Logan, who sits alongside Collen, Eli announces, "Our first batch of questions is directed at Logan Cross." The silver-haired man shifts in his seat, stealing a quick glance at his partner. Collen offers a supportive smile, prompting Logan to nod resolutely in return.
"So, what is your favorite thing about Collen?", the author reads from his device, "Physically and personality-wise."
Logan's voice carries a depth of emotion as he begins his response. "Physically—", he starts, his eyes softening as he speaks of Collen, "—it's his strength. His muscles, sculpted by years of hunting, hold a power that's not just attractive, but reassuring. And I love how they ripple beneath my touch. If I were to be honest...I love how his body molds seamlessly against mine. He once said it and...I agree: it's as if our bodies were sculpted specifically for each other." His intense gaze lingers on the white-haired hunter who smirks, raising an eyebrow.
"Is that so?", Collen places his hand on Logan's thigh, dangerously close to his crotch. His touch sends a jolt of electricity through Logan, his breath catching in his throat as desire ignites within him. With a playful smirk, Collen leans in close, his words dripping with mischief, "I thought you'd say it's my asshole you enjoy tightly wrapped around your di—"
Logan quickly cuts his partner off with a throaty cough before glaring at him, though there's an upward curl on the corners of his lips. The author chuckles, tilting his head back, "I know, right?? I had my bet on that as well!" Wiping away tears of laughter as he recomposes himself, Eli redirects his attention to the taller hunter, "Now, for the personality?"
The upward curl morphs into a full-blown smirk as Logan tilts his head, his eyes still locked with unwavering intensity on the man seated beside him. "What is there not to love?", he begins, his voice carrying a depth of emotion. "He's bold enough to embrace himself, brave enough to voice his truth and defend his beliefs. And he's not afraid to confront and navigate his own emotions and vulnerabilities." Reaching out, his fingers caress Collen's cheek with a tenderness that speaks volumes, "He's everything one could ever ask for..." With a smile, Collen cups Logan's hand and presses his lips to the latter's digits.
"Damn...", the author lets out a wistful sigh, "It's really a shame that the readers never got to witness much of this side of your relationship. But that's precisely why these sessions are so valuable, isn't it?"
"I can never complain.", Collen winks, eliciting chuckles from the trio.
Alright, next question, and this one might be a bit tough, Logan. Do you like your job, or do you do it simply because you have to or are habituated to it?", Eli asks, permitting the male time to consider his response.
"Well, to truly grasp our reality, readers need to comprehend that Collen and I aren't merely humans. We may appear the same, but we belong to entirely different species. Our worlds operate on separate planes, governed by distinct rules and norms.", Logan explains, to which Collen nods in affirmation and adds in.
"Our upbringing can be considered far from conventional. Many are exposed to death and unthinkable horrors from a tender age. Duty is ingrained in us, etched into our mind from the very beginning."
"Exactly, It's our reality, our norm. Just as my father's behavior would be deemed acceptable within our society."
"But that doesn't actually make it right though.", Collen, his voice firm yet tinged with sadness, his hand giving Logan's own a comforting squeeze.
