Hello, to all readers. This is my first ever fanfic so it might have slight writing issues or grammatical issues and I apologise for them. This fanfic does not mean to hurt anyone's sentiments and is purely a piece of my imagination.
This fic is a period drama set in colonial era. If you have watched 'Devdas', that's the theme and aesthetic I am aiming for and plot has been adapted from the storyline but the narrative is changed as per my imagination so don't worry about sad endings.😉 Also the characters are not similar to the movie characters, they will have thier own character arcs.
This fanfic does not include any smut because at the end of the day the characters are real people.
