JOSEPHINE's POV
"You weren't joking when you said you're from the world's smallest city." Matt laughed as I held his hand, walking down the street from visiting my cousins house in my hometown of Bodø, Norway.

"Tiny right?" I questioned, leading him towards my friend's house.

"Yeah." He grinned. "So who are we visiting?"

"We're going to my friend's house." I smiled. "I've known them since diapers. We used to come home for the summers but as my siblings and I got older it got harder and harder to come home."

"So you consider Norway home?" He asked. "Not Eden Prairie?"

"I always will." I smiled, leading him around the back of my friend, Lova's house. "Ingrid and Oscar both grew up here so for me it's home."

"That makes sense." Matt smiled.

"So all my siblings and cousins will be here. It's just a garden party." I smiled, squeezing his hand.

"Am I going to be the only one who doesn't speak Norwegian?" He asked me.

"Well other than Cal, Chris and Avery yeah." I chuckled.

"What about Lyla?" Matt asked again.

"She's from Norway as well." I chuckled.

"So that's why she's your parent's favorite?" Matt smirked.

"I know right! I swear I'm not crazy." I laughed, leading him through the gate.

"You're going to have to help me out big time." Matt said, looking around at everyone dressed in white to celebrate Midsommar.

"I will I promise." I smiled, leading him over to Lova.

"Lova!" I yelled, hugging her into me.

"Phine!" She replied, falling into me. "Er dette kjæresten din?"

"Yes this is my boyfriend Matt." I smiled, introducing him in English.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Lova." Lova smiled, hugging him. "Thank you for coming to celebrate with us!"

"I'm excited about it." Matt smiled.

"Now let's go play some games." I smiled, pulling both of them away to the tables.

"So we have to weave these together to make crowns." I smiled, twisting some flowers in my hands.

"Ok but no promises." Matt chuckled, sitting next to me and twisting a few flowers.

"Just twist them carefully." I laughed, watching as he manhandled the flowers.

"ta noen drinker dere." Kristofer, another friend from diapers said.

"Takk skal du ha." I said, thanking him. "This is Matt, Matt this is Kristofer."

"Nice to meet you man." Matt smiled, offering a hand.

"You as well." Kristofer said, shaking his hand.

I watched as he walked away, chuckling to myself.

"What?" Matt asked me, still trying to weave his flower crown.

"He's so odd." I laughed. "He has no clue how to act around new people. He definitely came over here just to try to introduce himself and got nervous."

"How long have you known him?" Matt laughed.

"Same as Lova, we met at daycare." I grinned.

"How did you do that?" Matt asked me, watching me quickly weave the flowers.
