"Should we head home then?" Adrien asked.

"Text her that we found Adrien and just went for a walk." Marinette smiled.

"Alright." Felix said, texting Nathalie.

"So... what was it like being Chat Fantôme?" Adrien asked.

"I guess... it was better than being an average citizen." Felix said, seeing Adrien laugh with a smile. "Why? What are you getting at?"

"If... mi'lady allows it. Why not let him be Chat Fantôme, one more time and let him enjoy it a little?" Adrien smiled.

Marinette was wanting to say no, especially since she just took on the role of Guardian but... she didn't see any harm in it. Especially since they were going to the same place after all. He was her ally, so she needed to trust him.

"No goofing around. Straight home." Marinette said. "Tikki. Spots on."

"Plagg, Claws out!" Felix said.

Adrien smiled, watching both of them transform but didn't realize until after that he was stuck as a civilian. He had forgotten that Felix had his miraculous, he was simply too excited about seeing his cousin's superhero alter ego to really think about it.

"Uh... how am I supposed to get home?" He asked.

"I can always carry you, princess." Felix smirked.

"That'll be... a pass." Adrien smiled sheepishly.

"I can carry you, kitty cat." Ladybug laughed, picking him up in her arms.

Adrien wrapped his arms around her neck as he felt her arms around him as she zipped her way upwards, feeling the wind brush against their skin.

All three of them stood on top of a building, watching the sunset. As Ladybug was about to head to the Agreste Mansion she noticed Adrien staring at Fantôme.

"You got a crush?" She laughed.

"Huh?!" He said, caught off guard.

"It's just... you keep staring at him." She laughed, glancing over at Chat Fantôme.

"It's... just... which costume looks better?" Adrien asked.

"Better?" She asked, looking down at him.

Adrien was more quiet than usual, as if he was more self conscious than usual. She knew he was jealous of his cousin and she did admit that Felix's costume was... new and eye catching. He wasn't her partner. He wasn't... Adrien. That's for sure. He definitely wasn't her... boyfriend.

"Hmmm... I like... mine." She winked, seeing his mouth open slightly to protest her answer but instead just pouted, causing her to laugh.

They jumped through his window into his window a few minutes later, though they didn't see Chat Fantôme come in yet.

She let Adrien down to his feet.

"Tikki, Spots off." She said, giving Tikki a snack, walking back to the window while Adrien followed her.

"Why isn't he here yet? Didn't you say come straight here...?" Adrien groaned. "Why aren't you mad?"

He glanced over and saw Marinette leaning on the window smiling, watching the sunset.

"Marinette? Hello?" He said, waving a hand in front of her face.

"Adrien? You know you're my one and only Chat noir. It doesn't matter what other cat miraculous holders look like. I didn't fall in love with Chat noir first. I fell in love with both... yes... but... I fell in love with Adrien too." She smiled, turning her head to look at him.

"I'm not mad that Felix isn't here yet... because... he seems like you in a way. Trapped. How Chat noir was your escape. I'm letting Chat Fantôme be his escape right now, for a little while anyways." She explained, seeing Adrien realize and his expression softened, knowing that he now understood.

"When you were Chat blanc..." She began.

"Eh... sorry about that..." Adrien started, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Don't be." She smiled. "Felix's personality changed too. His cold personality that he shows us... isn't his real personality. It's an act. I guarantee it. That's why I trust him. Even in school... he was helping me and joking around with me during class. He reminds me of you but... more cold and bitter. Though lately he is starting to loosen up." She sighed.

"Yeah... he wasn't like that when we were kids. I'm not sure what happened to him." Adrien sighed.

"I don't want to push the issue, though I want to help him open up more and be more comfortable around us." Marinette smiled.

"Yeah..." Adrien sighed.

They saw Chat Fantôme jump through the window, creating a blast of wind as he rushed past.

"You know, I could in fact get used to super powers." He smiled, twirling his staff with his hands.

Marinette and Adrien laughed walking over to the bed and sat down, motioning for him to follow. Felix detransformed and sat on the bed with them. Marinette told them to sit tight while she retransformed and went to get the things that Master Fu had left her. As Felix sat down on the bed and handed Adrien back the ring, Plagg floated over and Adrien hugged him, finally being reunited with him. Plagg floated back over to Felix and smiled, sticking his little paw out and Felix smirked, fist bumping the kwami.

"Oh? So you picked that up from me and mi'lady, did we?" Adrien laughed.

"Of course not." Felix turned his head away.

Plagg laughed floating over to his stash of cheese, letting them talk until Lady returned. She returned shortly after with a bag full of items and the Miracle box in her hands. She sat down on the bed with them and sat the box in the middle, detransforming as she sat down. Plagg and Tikki floated over to the bed, to see the box as well as the items that were left for them and patiently waited.

"This is the Miracle box?" Felix asked.

"I guess so, I've never seen it." Adrien said, seeing that Felix was just as curious as he was.

"It stores them inside here, you two." Marinette laughed.

"Are you going to open it, or not?" Felix said impatiently.

"Felix... be patient. She just got the position of Guardian. She may not want to show us." Adrien said, nudging Felix.

"Why not? Didn't he say to trust us?" Felix said.

Marinette took a deep breath in and let it out slowly. She put in a mental code that unclicked the miracle box and a bright light escaped from within the box, causing them to look away.
