After their long talk and confiding in one another, Ladybug follows Chat noir to his home, jumping into his bedroom through his window along with him. She detransforms along with Adrien and Marinette looks around.

"Where... is your mother?" She asked.

"I'm sure her and my aunt are together. She will more than likely take my father's room." Adrien explained as he laid down on his bed.

"Would you mind if I spent the night?" Marinette asked, twiddling her fingers awkwardly.

"Of course. You don't have to ask. You know I'm not mad at you because we aren't Ladybug and Chat noir anymore. I would never be angry with you for that." He explained, seeing her a little uncomfortable.

"Are you sure? You seemed so upset when we were first talking about it."

"I... uh... well... I had the wrong idea. I thought... you were going to break up with me." He said, avoiding eye contact out of embarressment.

"Break up with you? I would never. Adrien..." She said, walking to him and sitting beside him on the bed. "I would never, I love you. You're my kitty."

He smiled and hugged her, pulling her down to lay beside him. Both laying beside each other, staring at one another with a smile.

"I think we should spend time with eachother tonight, you... me... Tikki and Plagg." Marinette said.

"I would like that, princess." He smiled, then kissed her forehead.

They turned the TV on and all of them cuddled with eachother, just enjoying each other's company. Adrien made sure that there would be enough cheese for him to eat all night if he wished, as Marinette made sure that Tikki had as many sweets as she wanted. As the night progressed, Tikki and Plagg had fallen asleep. Adrien and Marinette lay beside one another, simply trying to make the night last as long as possible. Before they knew it, they were whispering to one another in the dark.

"How is my father? Is he alright?" Adrien whispered.

Marinette was silent. How could she respond in a nice way? Anything she told him... it would surely upset him. She didn't want that... but she also didn't want to lie to him.

"Marinette... I'm fine. Tell me, please..." He pleaded.

"He's in the hospital... in a coma. Like your mother was." She admitted.

"Why.. didn't you come see me the night that they switch places?" He asked. "Did you go home?"

Marinette shook her head.

"No... I stayed with your father that night, at the hospital." She replied.

"You... stayed with my father? W-Why?" He asked confused.

"I felt like he needed someone there. I also needed someone to talk to... so I talked to him about everything that had happened."

"Someone to talk to? Buggaboo... I could have-"

"You've been through enough. I wanted you to spend time with your mother." She smiled.

"Are you going to be ok? You've been acting differently lately."

"I'm fine. Really. I'll be ok. No... I'll always be ok because I have you." He smiled.

Marinette smiled back, but felt like he was lying. He made a traumatic choice. He had to choose if he wanted his mother or father to be alive.

"Have you heard or seen Nathalie?" She asked.

He shook his head.

"I haven't seen Nathalie at all. I'm not sure where she is either." Adrien confessed. "It's not a big deal though, we don't have proof that she did anything. We can't really prove anything."
