"For all the journalists who qualified for the RSPC, kindly go back to the stage. We will be taking a few photos, thank you,"

With the excitement I was feeling, I waited for the journalists I'd be working with to win RSPC. For sure, it will be hard, especially when this is my first time, but I know that it would also be fun. I am excited to find out what's there to see more!

"Hala, sorry!"

I almost fell when Gino accidentally pushed me. He was even coughing hard. Good thing that someone had caught me. I was about to apologize and thank him when my eyes widened upon seeing Jericho behind me.

I looked back at Gino because of it. I only saw him holding his throat, coughing again with his back against me, looking totally suspicious right now. Sinadya ni Gino na itulak ako kay Jericho!

Isa pa nga.

"I am so sorry," I apologized to Jericho who's now furrowing his eyebrows.

I felt my face turning pale when Jericho started to open his mouth, ready to speak, when Kian suddenly popped out of nowhere.

"Taliyah! You won! Congratulations!" Kian smiled at me. "I told you we'll be seeing each other at RSPC!"

I smiled back at him and was about to congratulate him, too, when Gino suddenly walked towards him before putting his arms around his shoulders, and taking Kian away.

"Gagi, Kian! Long time no see!"

I slightly winced at Gino's suspicious actions before looking at Jericho again. He was watching Gino and Kian with his judgemental eyes. It looked like he was judging their doings while literally standing beside them.

Mukhang naramdaman yata ni Jericho ang panonood ko sa kaniya dahil bigla siyang bumaling sa 'kin. Mabuti na lang at mabilis akong napabaling sa kabilang banda kasabay nang pag-init ng buong mukha ko, nahiya dahil sa muntikan nang pagkahuli.

This is so embarrassing!

"Compress po! Hindi po magkasya sa frame!" Sigaw ng photographer sa 'min sa stage.

I looked at the people with us. We are a lot, so we really needed to compress. Bukod kasi sa mga lalaban sa RSPC, kasama namin ang mga magte-train sa 'min para sa pag-sabak sa RSPC. Kasama rin namin ang mga judges na pumili sa 'min.

"Tali, compress daw," wika ni Gino mula sa tabi ko.

I was in between of Gino and Jericho. Gino was on my right while Jericho is on my left. Kian was now beside Gino after he was pulled earlier. Kung kanina ay nasa tabi sila ni Jericho, ngayon naman ay nandito sila sa gilid ko. That was because Gino pulled Kian again.

I walked closer to Gino since the photographer seemed so stressed already. I heard Gino groan in annoyance, so I looked at him. He was furrowing his eyebrows while looking at our arms bumping as he glanced at the space between me and Jericho. Before he could even open his mouth to speak again, Kian suddenly pulled Jericho closer to me, making him bump into me.

"Compress daw, Jericho. Wala kang allergy sa tao kaya 'wag kang lumayo, parang tanga 'to," sambit ni Kian matapos mahila si Jericho palapit sa 'kin.

"Shut up!" Inis na hinila ni Jericho pabalik ang braso niya mula sa hawak ni Kian bago it umirap. "Makahila akala mo puputulin na braso ko, e,"

Kian only made faces to mock Jericho who only rolled his eyes at him. I needed to put my lips to fight the urge to smile because of how adorable Jericho is. Kinikilig din ako kasi magkatabi kami!
