The thing with me is just this that sometimes the use of Defense Mechanisms go so high that they are not unconscious any more, but they are very consciously unconscious.
Adding Diabetes Mellitus to the list is not such a nice news to know, but that is why it sucks to be me now, I want to cry but there is nothing, I want to be sad but nothing...that is because of Isolation of Affect, a.k.a. cutting your emotions from the event, a concept, or a fact. I simply feel noting. Not empty as before...just nothing. And guess how fun it is when you find a mechanism you didn't know before: Intellectualization! Been doing that since quite long, but oh! How unconscious I was?
