❝Pioneering the art of constructing love, my Kanmani.❞
Xavier teased her skin, slowly caressing her cheeks and her lips trembled.
❝You don't dare!❞
And he kissed her.

"Where is Satty darling?" Farhan refilled his glass with his second love—twenty-one years fine-aged The Glenlivet whisky, the first love being his wife Alisha. "I am missing my liquor partner. Amongst you lot, only she has the finest taste in alcohol, or in everything for that matter."
"When one is born with a silver spoon in their mouth, they have the option to have a refined palate," Alisha retorted, hardly elbowing her husband on his chest. "You should try to be humble sometimes; having the title of 'Nawab' doesn't give you the right to run your mouth like an elitist arsehole."
Krishna snickered while grabbing a beer can from the refrigerator of Xavier's wet bar and sliding next to him to sit on a high stool.
"Oh, Begum Alisha, watch out," Farhan clicked his tongue, sensually scanning his wife's body as he continued. "I am not just a Nawab but your Shauhar too. Don't forget all your orgasms are under my control."
"There are far more pleasing dildos available in the market, Farhan," Xavier interjected. "Don't challenge Ali; she'll throw you out of your bedroom to get herself whatever you just claimed."
"I have bought them all." He took a sip of his liquor while maintaining eye contact with Alisha. "Yet, she prefers mine. I guess it's more about the natural feel."
Alisha choked on her rum, liquor from her mouth spraying over Farhan like a garden sprinkler. "Fuck!"
"Oh, gladly," Farhan replied while calmly brushing his chikankari pathani kurta, cleaning it off from Alisha's gift.
Sighing, Krishna diverted the topic as he glared at Farhan. "I think we were talking about Satya... Everything is not about your dick, you cunt."
"She'll join late, perhaps when Krithika and her friends will be here," Xavier continued, rubbing his hand over his jaw. "She's in Mangaluru."
"Mangalore?" Farhan was surprised.
"She was saying something about visiting her in-laws with her..." Xavier hesitated. "Husband."
"Husband!?" That was Alisha, choking again, and Farhan whirled her away, avoiding another shower bath of her saliva. After coughing, she continued, "When the fuck did she get married?"
"No one knows," Xavier was still agitated by Satya's drama, and he tried his best not to show his frustration in front of his friends. "It's Valmiki."
"Who?" Krishna and Farhan both simultaneously questioned.
Alisha's eyes widened. "Valmiki Shetty, that geeky friend of yours from NIT?"
"Yes."
"Lucky bastard!" Alisha guffawed. "And I was trying to set you up with her—the perfect combination of the beauty and the beast—well, she's the beast in that combo." Wiping her tears, she added, "Damn, the world is a weird place, innit?" ending up with her version of Farhan's sexy accent.
"How come there's no news about it?" Farhan asked, his brows arched in question. "I thought she was 'Tamil Nadu's Thundering Tycoon.' Is the media sleeping?"
"Like I said, no one knows," Xavier repeated, his voice straining hard to not snap at Farhan.
"Oh!" Alisha sensed the tension and stared at Xavier's face. "Everything is fine, right?"
"You can directly ask her that. She has stopped communicating any of the details concerned with her personal life with me."
"Satty darling is not on talking terms with you?" Farhan frowned. "Bugger, what did you do? Ask for her shares of the Xhasis?"
Xavier's phone pinged. Ignoring Farhan's trashy accusation, he unlocked his mobile, and his lips curved in a smile.
'Rathna is going to drive us all to your home. Don't you dare get mad at him.'
He typed, 'I am not jealous of him, Kanmani.'
"Sexting?" Farhan shot an incredulous question at him.
Xavier scowled. "Don't you have anything else to talk about?"
"Farhan's brain is between his legs," Krishna grinned, emptying his beer. "That's why Ali can control him."
"Shall I call Iksha here to let her know that you are reaching out for your second beer can?" Alisha scoffed. "We will see who's under whose spell then."
"Chup reh, dramebaaz kahin ki," Krishna furiously waved his right hand, gesturing for her to shut up. "Don't pull my darling into your petty acts of shitting on me."
"For God's sake! I am tired of you two motherfuckers squabbling like school kids," Xavier barked and held his forehead in his left hand. "Ten years of acquaintance, and you guys still want to kill one another?"
"Yes, because he is such a dog!" Alisha muttered.
At the same moment, Krishna muttered as well, "Yes, because she is such a bitch!"
"Blimey! Somewhere, both of your views match," was a comment by the snickering Nawab.
"I hope that my fiancé doesn't find you guys as vain as you all are," Xavier sighed. "Fuck, she's going to judge me so bad!"
"Oh, fucking shut up!" the other three people sitting in his wet bar vocalized in unison.

A/N
I just love writing the Krishna vs Alisha sections. Eight years ago, I loved their cutesy love-hate relationship, and exploring it now is too much fun XD
Do tell me what you feel about this and the upcoming chapters, always open to positive criticism.
