Please understand I write stories to show romance and love, as originally as possible with details to whatever period and section of people I am writing about.
This means that if I am writing about an Indian lower-middle-class family in 2010, some of their perspective and habits won't make sense to poor/rich people living in 2025, yes, I do my research well.
