In which Jaemin has hated Jeno since 9th grade. Everything about him pissed Jaemin off. Yet something in him was so charming, attractive. But can you love someone you swore you hated...
"A party? There's like a million exams coming up, seriously?" I stared at the invite that was on Jisung's phone. It was Taeyong hosting and the message said everyone's invited.
"Let's go though, it could be really good in the middle of the exams. Like a bit of relaxation, right?" Renjun stated. All of us were agreeing, even though I knew I would have to sneak out since I got a C- in the physics exam and knew very well that my mom would not let me out.
"Oh wait, shit, it's tomorrow! Let's go shopping for some clothes after school, I literally have nothing to wear." Renjun suggested. I gave him a small nod before getting up and leaving for the next class.

We arrived at the clothing store and went straight to the party wear section. The party's theme was euphoria so we figured out to wear something more extra this time.
"Jae, this would look fascinating on you!" Donghyuck exclaimed and grabbed a black crop-top type shirt and leather pants. They did look good but me wearing something like that? It would feel so weird after wearing oversized clothes for ages.
We also went to find something for Renjun, Jisung and Donghyuck before paying and leaving.
"Let's go eat somewhere I'm literally starving!" Renjun complained. I suggested we go get ramen from the nearest restaurant. Good warm bowl of ramen soup would really do in a cold autumn weather like this.

"Mom, I'm home!" I yelled when I entered the house. Nobody answered. I went to check the living room, my parents room and literally every corner in the house. When I finally got in the kitchen, there was a sticky note on the table.
"Jaemin, we had an urgent job related thing in California. We will come back in two weeks. There's money in the envelope for food. - Mom and Dad"
That's just good. I can do basically whatever I want to. I opened the envelope to see ₩280,000 (about 200€ or $218 if i'm correct please spare me).
Both my parents worked in a hospital and were very important surgeons. They barely ever spent any time with me because of their job. They would just buy me whatever I wanted as an apology. Everyone always said I should be thankful for everything and trust me, I am. But what if I wanted a loving and caring family instead of a million gifts?
I took the money with me and went upstairs to my room. I dug out the outfit that I had bought earlier. It would go great with some silver jewelry and black boots. I've always liked fashion but never really wore anything more special than a hoodie and a pair of jeans.
I started walking around my room, searching for accessories for the outfit. After a while, I had a very extra, maybe even sexy outfit. I was proud and honestly pretty excited to wear it. Maybe I could even find someone nice from the party to talk to.
