Chapter Eleven: the Mob

Sonic's POV

After I left the castle, I got on My Uncle's Horse and searched all over the woods for him until I eventually found him out cold, I get off the horse and go to him, I checked his pulse and thankfully he was still alive, so I carried him and placed him on the horse's back and then we headed back home.

Later (when Uncle Chunk finally woke up)

"Sonic?" Uncle Chuck Asked. "Yes Uncle Chunk, it's me!" I said to him. "How'd you escape?" He Asked me. "I didn't escape Uncle Chunk, he let me go!" I told him. "He let you go? That horrible monster?" He asked. "He's not horrible uncle chunk, not anymore, he's changed so much! He's different from when you first met him Uncle Chunk" I told him. We both then heard the door knot. "Were you expecting anyone uncle Chunk?" I asked. "No" he replied. I then go to open the door since uncle is resting in bed. "Hello?" I answered. It was the village Man Ivo Robotnik who own the mental asylum. "Hello there Sonic, I'm here to collect your uncle." He said. "What?" I asked. "Don't worry we'll take good care of him" he says and then walks a few steps to the right to some me the wagging that would lead to the asylum. "My Uncle isn't crazy!" I told them. "Sonic? What's going on?" My Uncle come out of bed Asking. "Yeah right, we all heard what this lion had to say didn't we fellas" said Storm. "Yeah, say Charles how BIG was the beast anyway?" Asked Wave. "Well it was HUGE! At least like ten feet tall!" Uncle Chunk said and then everyone laughed at him. "Come this way Mr Hedgehog" Mr Robotnik said forcibly grabbing my poor Uncle by the arm. "Let me go! Sonic!" My Uncle cried for help. "a shame about your uncle huh Sonic?" Said Jet. "Jet, you know that my uncle's not crazy!" I said to him. "I'm willing to help you out if..." Jet started saying. "If what?" I asked. "If you marry me" jet said. "Never!" I told him. "Fine have it your way" he said. "Wait! I can prove that my uncle isn't crazy!" I said getting the magic mirror that Shadow gave me. "Show me the beast!" I said then Shadow appeared in the mirror and I showed it to everyone. "There's your proof!" I said to them and everyone started to scream in terror. "Yes yes i remember! That's him! That's the beast!" My Uncle Called out pointing at the image the mirror showed. "Is it dangerous?!" Wave asked. "No, I know he looks scary but he's really kind and gentle! He's my friend" I told her and everyone else. "If I didn't know better, I say you have feelings for this monster" jet said. "He's not a monster Jet, you are!" I told him. "He's as crazy as the old man!" Jet yelled taking the mirror from me. "Well I've seen wild beast, he'll come after your children in the night! We're not safe until he's head is melted on my wall, well I say we KILL the Beast" jet commanded everyone. "No! Please just leave him alone!" I tried stopping them but then Jet grabbed me and said "if you're not with us then you're against us!" He then threw both me and my uncle in the Scheller. "We can't have you two warn the creature" he said locking us in. "Let us out!" I said but then they left making their way to Shadow's castle.
