Third POV

As the smoke cleared it was revealed Sleipnir had blocked both attacks as Sleipnir manifests the legendary spear Gungnir and thrusted it into (Y/n)'s chest but Dante jumped infront of it to block the attack but the spear broke Dante's aura and in turn broke his left arm as he was sent flying "DANTE!!" (Y/n), Weiss and Yang yelled. (Y/n) grabbed his sword tightly and rushed Sleipnir as (Y/n) raised his sword Sleipnir slashed (Y/n) across the chest with his spear as (Y/n)'s aura hit zero then Barnabas after charged his sword he flicked it outward sending countless slashes at (Y/n) and Dante blood splattered along the arena behind Dante and (Y/n) "DANTE! (Y/N)!!!" Team RWBY screamed as atlas soldiers rushed into the arena to apprehend Barnabas and Sleipnir but the two had vanished....

(Y/n) pov

As I stood up from Sleipnir braking my aura I heard Barnabas "I told you that you were weak mythos" with that next thing I knew I felt like my body had been cut all over as I heard team RWBY scream as I started to fall forward "damn...it..." I hit the ground bleeding I vision grew hazy as I saw Blake and Ruby and Pyrrha running to me while Yang Weiss and nora ran to Dante "I'm...sorry" then everything went black

Hours later
Third pov

the scene opens on the Headmaster's office of Professor Ozpin, who is seated behind his desk across from Pyrrha Nikos, as the last rays of twilight come through the clock-decorated windows. Ozpin was chuckling as he gestures to her, The Long Memory resting at his side "Well, it comes as no surprise that they've chosen you to move on to the final round of the tournament. Your performance was exemplary." Pyrrha spoke humbly "Thank you, Professor Ozpin, but I would never have made it this far without my teammates." Qrow spoke from his spot leaning against a column in the back of the room, arms crossed "Personally, I think it's the other way around." Pyrrha turns around and gets up from her chair, trying to be formal "I'm sorry, but I don't believe we've been introduced." Qrow still being rather hostile "Name's Qrow." Ozpin calls back Pyrrha's attention "Qrow is a trusted colleague of mine." looking at Qrow for another moment before addressing her teacher again Pyrrha asks "Professor, if you don't mind me asking, why have you called me here?" Ozpin shakes his head "it was going to be Dante and (Y/n) joining you as well but we all know what happened there those two are going to need all the time they can get to recover that Barnabas fellow did quite a number on those two but back to the matter at hand. Please take a seat Ms.Nikos" Pyrrha sits down as Ozpin smiles "what is your favorite fairytale"

Pyrrha is caught off guard by the question "I'm...sorry?" Ozpin responds "Fairy tales, stories from your childhood. Surely you must remember some of them." put off by the question, but she answers with nostalgia "Well, there's The Tale of The Two Brothers, The Shallow Sea, The Girl in the Tower" Ozpin leans back in his chair "how about the story of seasons or the dominants and their Eikons ?" Pyrrha speaks up "Well, of course!" She starts to tell the tale of the story of seasons before Ozpin speaks up "and the dominants and Eikons?" She nods "I know that one as well 8 beings of great power each dominating over their element there is the aviary Eikon Garuda who presides over wind,Bahamut the dragon of light, Odin the dark knight, Phoenix of flame, Leviathan of the tide, Titan of the earth, shiva of Ice, and finally Ramuh of lightning" Ozpin chuckles "correct yet you left one out" Pyrrha "I did?" Ozpin nodded "you said eight that was until the ninth appeared you forgot Ifrit of the flame" Pyrrha speaks up "why are you asking me about this?" Ozpin smiled "what if I told you that you have met two of the dominants mentioned and have seen 3 of them in battle recently?" Pyrrha was shocked "you mean they are real?" Pyrrha asked "Ozpin nodded "Barnabas Tharmr: dominant of Odin although we only found that out after the fight he had with Dante and (Y/n) those two are also dominants Dante of Phoenix and (Y/n) of Ifrit" Pyrrha sat there in a haze "I'm sorry did you say Dante and (Y/n) are dominants?" Ozpin nodded, Pyrrha was shocked beyond all reason "why are you telling me all this?" turning from playful to deadly serious in a millisecond Ozpin looked at Pyrrha "Well, would you believe me if I told you it was all true? The dominants and the maidens?"
