As soon as you had come to, you realized you were back in the dream world. You carefully stood up, nearly losing your balance. You held onto the doorframe next to you. You had thought about entering the room, but soon paused, hearing the same, soft melody, which caught your attention every time you noticed its presence. You stepped away from the bedroom door. You had to know what that music was. Maybe just by not going into the room where both Fredbear and Freddy were, you had a shot of finding out the source of the music without the worry of them stopping you. You quietly crept down the hallway you were currently in and over to the hallway you knew the melody was playing from. You stood at the entryway of the hall, now hearing the tune more clearly. You looked around, ensuring no one was around to see you. You quietly crept down the dark hallway. You could only just barely see down the hall. You jumped as thunder roared, lightning illuminating the window high up at the end of the hall. A white chair sat below the window.

The lightning illuminated nearby doorframes, which were all doorless. The hallway was eerie as you walked down it. Wind howled from outside, and the branches from a tree just outside the window tapped and scraped against the it. You had noticed the storm had been sudden, adding to the eerie feel of the dark hall and overall dark house. You shook your head, focusing on the music as it grew louder with each step you took. Once you had approached the end of the hall, you glanced over to the empty room to your right. That is where you heard the music. You stood still, listening to the melody. It sounded so familiar, but... why?

Lightning flashed once more, thunder following, startling you. You then heard small patters near you. You listened to them getting closer to you. You gasped as thunder clapped once more, the lightning illuminating a certain small, green, plush bunny.

"Plushtrap?" you asked.

"(Y/n)? What are you doing down here?" he asked.

"I-" you began, staring into the same room again.

"You want to know what's making the music?" Plushtrap asked.

"Yeah," you said.

"Come on. I'll show you," he said, gently grabbing your hand. You walked into the room with him, the melody even louder now. Plushtrap sat down, his back leaned against the silhouette of a massive box. You sat down beside him.

"Her music helps me sleep. Believe it or not, this is a giant music box. It's where she sleeps... and when she sleeps, the box makes music. It helps me... forget everything that's happened here," he said. You tilted your head at him.

"She?" you asked.

"Her name is Nightmarionne. She was always so nice to me. She and Mr. Nightmare adopted me when my real father abandoned me," Plushtrap said.

"Who's your real father?" you asked.

"I can't tell you," Plushtrap said.

"Why not?" you asked.

"Because Mr. Nightmare doesn't like me talking about my real father. He said my real father isn't worth me talking about," Plushtrap said.

"What about your real mom?" you asked. Plushtrap's eyes began to tear up.

"My mother was so angry with my father... I miss her so much..." he said, his voice breaking.

"What happened to her?" you asked.

"I... I can't talk about it..." Plushtrap said, tears beginning to roll down his face. You felt sympathy for the bunny. You hugged him, to which he hugged back, crying softly. You rubbed his back, trying to comfort him.

"I just want my family back..." he said, his voice cracking worse at that point. You continued to comfort him. To see the bunny in pain made you feel upset. Just by looking at the bunny before, you hadn't guessed he'd had anything wrong with his life. Or at least, what he could call a life.

As the two of you sat there, the storm raged on, sounds of thunder, rain, and wind clouding out all other sounds outside the room, while inside the room, you focused on the soothing tune of the giant music box, which produced vibrations against your back as it leaned against the box. You eventually grew tired, as did Plushtrap. He was the first to fall asleep, leaning on your shoulder. You looked down at him, watching as he breathed slowly and softly. His company felt calming to you, even with him being asleep. You even found the heavy storm outside calming in addition to the soft music. You leaned on the bunny, eventually falling asleep.
