Doctor : ok so looking at the test results , it looks like your heart is very bad and the dancing has put a massive amount of stress on it and strain , we do need to do surgery on it or it will just keep getting worse
Poppy : will the surgery help ?
Doctor : it will give her more time..
Poppy : more time ?
Doctor : I'm afraid it's very serious Daisy doesn't have very long
Poppy : no come on your lying right ?
Doctor : I'm sorry
(Daisy cries on Poppy's shoulder)
Doctor : if you want the surgery done then we need to get you on the list immediately
Daisy : Poppy I don't think I can do this
