"I told her, I told her I love her."
"Now she's gonna hate me, oh my god! Why did I let my emotions get the better of me?"
"It's okay Malik, calm down." Mahi said as she moved closer to Malik and tried to hold his shoulders so he could calm down.
"How can you tell me to fucking calm down when she won't even come down to say goodbye because I have scared her off." He snapped away Mahi.
"Look calm down, I'm sure she has a reasonable explanation for not coming down to say goodbye, I'm mean you aren't the only one leaving even Mahi is." Azran said as he nodded towards were Mahi stood and she smiled at him which he also returned. Amina just sat down on a lone chair with a confused look on her face, their morning was perfect but in the evening when Malik and Mahi were about to leave, Malik became paranoid that because he confessed his love to Azra, she didn't want to see him again. To say she was confused would be a huge understatement because as far as she knew, Azra is getting married to Malik's brother. But from what she understood from their conversation, a love triangle is going on.

"She doesn't even know we are leaving Malik." Mahi said and then she held his shoulder and squeezed it tightly.
"She hasn't left her room since morning and I know it's because of me." Malik said as he frustratedly racked his hand through his jet black curly hair.
"I'll go and tell her we are leaving." Mahi said after about two minutes of silence.
"Yes, go tell her." Azran said as he forcely pushed Malik to a chair and made him sit down, it was times like this that Azran's maturity and dominating nature came in handy because he always solved every problem efficiently as if he isn't stressed out.

Passing the humongous and magnificent walls of the northern castle, Mahi found herself in front of Azra's chamber, she pushed the door open without knocking but said a soft Taslim when she finally entered.
"You guys are leaving?" Azra asked as she turned away her attention from her MacBook to face Mahi.
"Do you have any idea how fucking hurt Malik is? And you are here wrapped up in a quilt with the Air con turned to the highest level and popcorn in front of you as you watch a fucking movie?!" Mahi yelled exasperatedly and immediately a deep frowned settled between Azra's brow's and she hissed,
"It's not my fault he fell inlove with me and I didn't fucking lead him on, I never did." Mahi glared at Azra before she slumped in front of her bed and massaged her temples with her acrylic nails, she shouldn't let her anger cause her to fight with Azra. Seeing this, Azra paused the movie she is watching and got down from her bed and sat beside Mahi. She used her to hands to cup her cheek and and she raised Mahi's face from in between her knees and lo and behold, her eyes met with Mahi's tear stricken face.
"I'm so so so sorry Mahi, I really am." Azra apologized knowing fully well the reason why Mahi is crying and she engulfed Mahi in a hug an the said girl clutched onto her tightly as if she would disappear if she let her go.
"Why is Malik doing this to me?! Why can't he notice me?!" Mahi said as she removed her head from Azra's shoulder to look at her.
"Shhh, it's okay sweetheart. Calm down." Azra cooed and she gently rubbed her shoulder length her. Mahi couldn't bear it anymore why couldn't Malik notice her and her love?!

Mahi's heart ached every time she witnessed Malik pouring his heart out to Azra, his eyes filled with love and longing. Despite her own feelings for Malik, she masked her pain behind a smile, burying her emotions deep within her soul. Each moment of seeing Malik chase after Azra felt like a dagger through her heart, yet she remained silent, keeping her unspoken love hidden from the world. The turmoil of unrequited love weighed heavy on her, a silent storm raging within her as she watched the man she loved pursue someone else.

Mahi's inner turmoil grew with each passing day as she witnessed Malik's unwavering devotion to Azra. The pain of unreciprocated love gnawed at her heart, a bittersweet symphony of longing and heartache. Despite the ache that consumed her, Mahi maintained a facade of composure, concealing her true feelings behind a mask of indifference. Each time Malik professed his love to Azra, it was a poignant reminder of the love she harbored for him, a love that remained unspoken and unacknowledged.
