The next time y/n woke up, she was in a strange room. The world was laying on the side again, no, she was laying on the side again. The ground beneath her was hard and cold. There were no windows on the walls, only an iron door with a small window secured by a grid.
It took her a while to remember what had happened. Of course, all the blood. She had called Shoko, then blacked out.
When she looked down, there was no more blood. But her stomach continued to hurt. Nevertheless, she got up and went to the door. When she looked through the bars there was no one there.
"Hello?" she called outside anyway. "Shoko?"
But Shoko wasn't the one who finally appeared on the other side of the door.
"Well, well, well, look at that," Gojo's tone was unidentifiable. But y/n already knew that it wasn't going to be a pleasant conversation. Since they had argued at dinner the other day, they had barely spoken. "Now we're standing here. It's dark in there, isn't it? A little uncomfortable. Well, sometimes you just have to face the consequences."
"Consequence? I didn't do anything, let me out of here!", y/n growled. Something wasn't right here. She didn't believe that Gojo had locked her up. But then who had it been? Shoko? No, she didn't believe that either. "What's going on here?"
"You'd like to know that for sure." With a stupid grin, Gojo leaned forward so that his face was directly in front of the bars. Y/n was about to jump out of her skin. "Okay, don't tell me. But then piss off . I'm sick of your childish behavior."
She made a determined move away from the door, but almost immediately she heard it being unlocked behind her. "Oh come on, don't be offended. Come on out, they're waiting for you."
"What? Who is waiting for me? Gojo I need a doctor, I need Shoko! Do you understand that?", y/n spoke to him very slowly and emphatically, like he was a slow-witted toddler. To her surprise, he nodded. "Don't worry, you'll get help. Shoko is here. There's just a little... more."
"A little more?", she went to him uncomprehendingly. But Gojo shook his head and closed the door behind her, after she walked out of the cell. "I'm not allowed to tell you. I've been temporarily deprived of responsibility."
"What does that mean? Why?", y/n became more and more confused. Gojo led her through a corridor that she didn't recognize. This wasn't the academy, she realized that much. "Like I said, I'm not allowed to tell you. And honestly, I don't want to either."
"Why not?", y/n wanted to stop, but he pushed her to keep going. "You'll know in a few seconds. Stop being annoying."
"Annoying? You must be joking. The only one who's annoying, and has always been, is you. You're a terrible nuisance and I'll be damned if...", when she noticed all the people who were now eyeing her, she immediately fell silent. Gojo had opened another door and she was maneuvered into a kind of small courtroom. Five people were sitting on a few benches in front of her.
Y/n recognized Shoko and Yaga. But there were three strangers. Two women, one with dark bangs, the other with a similar light hair color to Gojos. Last but not least there was a very old man, from what y/n could tell he was on the verge of decay. But when he began to speak, he sounded surprisingly strong. "Y/n, what a pleasure to meet you."
"Pleasure...," Gojo mimicked him quietly. The old man didn't let that bother him. "Gojo, you asked to be here, so shut up before you get kicked out."
"What?", somehow y/n found this statement alarming. Did Gojo not trust the people here? She looked at him questioningly. "Can you please finally tell me what's going on here?"
But it was Yaga who spoke now. "Y/n, you don't have to worry. We are here to help you. After you called Shoko, she came to the academy. When she found you unconscious, she informed us immediately."
