The next morning they had breakfast together, then y/n's mother wanted to show them the city. At least that's how they explained it to Isagi. But actually it was about Julia showing y/n >and now Gojo too< where she was supposed to carry out the academy's assignment. Down in front of the house they waited for Gojo, who was the last to go to the bathroom. When he came downstairs he was wearing a loose beige shirt and his dark glasses.

"All right, then we're complete now. First we need tickets for the metro...", y/n's attention wandered a little as Gojo began to open the top buttons of his shirt. He looked good today. It was only the end of March >so spring< but the air here was already warmed up by the sun. Suddenly she felt someone tugging on her sleeve. "Y/n? Can we go?"

A little confused, she turned her head to Isagi. "Yeah, sure. Excuse me."

Then they started walking. First they went to the nearest metro station. Then they drove towards the city center. After they had walked a few meters along the Seine, y/n's mother spoke up. "If you continue to follow the road here, you'll eventually come to a tunnel that's pretty scary. If you happen to be walking alone during the day, you shouldn't go through it. I always feel like it's haunted."

Y/n nodded, she understood. So they had to go there. Then they moved on. Her mother showed them some nice cafes and restaurants. Of course, she also took them to the most famous sights. At the end of the day, y/n barely had any space left on her phone because she had taken so many pictures.

The next day, y/n and Gojo went to take care of the assignment. Y/n didn't have to make up an excuse. After all, she had already told Isagi that the school had sent her here. So she just explained to him that that's why she had to go. Her mother also helped, because she announced that she was happy to finally get to know Isagi properly.

Gojo was wearing that stupid shirt again. Y/n still didn't speak to him. Ever since their argument in the bathroom, she had been avoiding him.

"Are we not friends anymore?", he grinned at her sideways as they walked to the metro. She just grumbled but didn't answer.

"Y/n!", now he wasn't grinning anymore. She stopped abruptly. "Leave it, I don't want to talk to you. I don't want you here at all. And you know that, and you're still here. "

"Sometimes you have to force people to their happiness," he replied, shrugging his shoulders. He had also stopped walking. She hissed at him like an angry cat. "But you're not my happiness!"

Then she walked past him without another word. At least he didn't speak to her anymore. Even when they got to the tunnel, which had a long foot and bike path running through it, he said nothing. They each fought the curses individually. There were enough for both of them.

It wasn't until they got back to the apartment that y/n talked to Gojo again. But only because they witnessed something strange. As they walked past their mother's bedroom, they heard something, a deep voice. "I want to talk to her!"

"No! Stay inside! It's none of your business!", that was her mother's voice. Y/n looked at Gojo questioningly. "Should I knock? That doesn't sound good at all."

But Gojo shook his head. He was just about to press his ear closer to the door to listen when Isagi came running. "Hey, well... were you successful."

"Shut up," Gojo hissed without looking at Isagi. He opened his mouth indignantly, but y/n also pressed her finger to her lips. But it was already too late anyway. The voices had fallen silent. Instead, y/n's Mother now stepped out her bedroom. "You're back."

Somehow her voice sounded a little shaky. But Gojo knew how to cover up the situation. "Yes Julia, you know, I was wondering if I should help you cooking tonight."
