[Ririka pov]
"Ao-kun, let me be blunt. I hate you."
The blue-haired woman who was sitting across from me stared at me in shock, and I flat-out said that
"Then why am I here?" She asked
"We made a deal, and besides, I'm doing this for Hajime." I tell her.
"Wait-why do you hate me first of all? Second, you realize that you will never get Hajime, right!?" She questioned
"To answer your first question, it's because your eyes remind me of my father's, the way they glare at me with disgust and hidden malice, and second of all, you realize that your little crush loves Banchou, right?"
"No, she is just interested in her!" Ao-kun shouted at me, causing me to roll my eyes at her.
"Another thing I hate about you is your unwillingness to see the truth. You think just because you have been friends with Kanade for years means that she fell in love. That is the most stupid and asinine thing I've heard." I say
"You love Banchou!" Ao-kun said in her pretty girl voice that she hinges on the fact that she is so handsome that it makes me want to slap the ever-living shit out of her.
"What of it?" I scoff
"You are going to let Kanade-chan take her?" Ao-kun questioned
*I began to laugh.*
"As long as Hajime is happy, I'm fine with it. You don't seem to understand it because you are heartless just like him." I said
"Don't compare me to people I don't know!" Ao-kun shouted
"Oh, sorry." I sarcastically spoke.
She seemed a little nervous all of a sudden. "Ririka-chan, can we at least try?" She asks
"No, you know nothing about me, and besides, until you change the way you are, we can't get along; this will just be a faux friendship for the sake of the ones we love," I explain.
"Change. I can change what I have to be like!?" She asked
"Not like my father..." I tell her.
"Tell me stuff about him so I can switch up! It'll be easier for Kanade-chan if we actually get along!" She said
"He's selfish, idiotic, violent, insincere, angry, and an abuser." I was trying to continue, but she cut me off when she realized I was going to drone on and on.
"I don't think I'm any of those." She said
"Look, at least I can acknowledge I'm manipulative and can be a little shit sometimes. That was how I was raised as Shachou of a company, while you fail to acknowledge that you have terrible traits because you have pride." I say
"So what if I have pride? I'm a manga artist, and we all have some pride to uphold!" She yelled
"You don't seem to get it. You are just selfish! Kanade is just too stupid or naive to see that you are trying to hold her by a leash!" I say
"Ririka-chan, shut up!" Ao-kun yelled
Everyone looked at our table.
*What an embarrassment...*
I sigh and roll my eyes. "You be quiet."
"Why should I!?" She asked
"Remember who has the power here..."
She gulped "Understood..." She said
I didn't know how to handle this woman. She is so irritating she can't acknowledge her own negative traits....
