[Kanade pov]
I got to class early but ended up dozing off since Raden's show went a little late.
"Kanade-chan, wake up," Ao-san said.
*I opened my eyes*
"Wha-What?" I mumble
"Class is starting..." She said
I looked around as my vision began to clear up, but I didn't see Banchou anywhere, so I grabbed onto Shachou, gaining her attention. "What?" She asks clearly annoyed
"Where is Hajime-tan?" I ask softly.
"Ah, she's sick," Shachou mumbles.
"Really!?" I ask.
"Yeah, apparently she ended up getting a fever as soon as Raden's show ended. I think you fell asleep near the end, so you didn't see how worried we were." Shachou said
Banchou is sick...
I thought about it, and I wanted to go over and take care of her, so after school I decided to go over. Shachou wanted to go as well but was swamped with work and couldn't come, but she will try to make it later.
I stood outside Hajime-tan's door with some food I picked up for her and went to knock, but the door opened, revealing Todoroki. "Oh, Kanade-chan!" He laughed
*it's him...*
"Hey, get out of my way..." I say
"No need to get mad. I'm heading to work. Feel free to take care of my little sister. I know she'll be happy to see you in her time of need." He laughs
"Shut up!" I hiss
I stormed past him and walked into her bedroom. She was sleeping, snoring away her body, all sweaty. She looked hot.
I sat beside her, sighing, "I'll be quiet." I whisper
*Todoroki laughed. "You like her, don't you?"
His question completely flew over my head: "Of course she's a good friend!" I said
"No, you love her," he softly said.
Love?
"No way," I said to him, "we just met."
"You seem like you've watched her for a long time," he mentioned, calling me out.
"I have-but love?" I paused. "It can't."
"I'm back!" Hajime-tan said loudly as she sat next to me, and I felt myself heat up suddenly. "What's wrong?" She asked me
"I just feel a little hot!" I said
She tilted her head. "I guess it is a little hot."
"Yes, very hot!" I blurt out
Todoroki laughed at my sudden fluster. This is his fault. I'm like this.
"Can you get me a glass of water?"
Hajime stood up. "Okay Onii-chan..."
As soon as she vanished, Todoroki grinned. "See?" He laughed, giving me a cheeky thumbs up.
*urrr... this brat*
"It's just a coincidence!" I reply loudly.
"What is?" Banchou asked as she arrived, placing the water in front of her brother gently.
"Uhh...the fact that you share the same last name as your brother!" I shout
Hajime-tan glared at me. "That's...are you okay?" She questioned, while her brother was dying, laughing silently, so his sister didn't notice.
