RWBY x Ben 10 crossover

A few weeks after the food fight, I was standing by the landing pad with Team CVFY. Today they were leaving for a job and I was seeing them off. They were all in their combat outfits whilst I was in my uniform as after this I had to help Professor Port with planning a class. "Have you all packed enough?" I asked as Coco nodded.
"Yeah, we got enough dust that could blow up a horde of Ursa as well as provisions which will last the duration of our job." Coco explained as she and Fox got on the ship.
"Hey Yatsu, can you meet me in the ship? I want to talk with Ben before we leave." Velvet said, pink on her cheeks once again.
"Of course." Yatsuhashi nodded with a soft smile on his face and a knowing look in her eyes before he got on the ship.
"Everything alright Velvet?" I asked as she nodded.
"Yeah it's just...w-when we come back we'll be busy with preparing for the dance so I might not get the chance to ask you but...d-did you want to go to the dance with me?" Velvet asked as my eyes widened and a light blush formed on my cheeks.
"U-Uhh yeah I don't see why not." I stuttered as I looked away from the Bunny Faunus who now had a grin on her face.
"Then I have more reason to come back soon, see you." Velvet smiled as she hopped onto the ship and the door closed behind her.
"S-Stay safe guys, if anything happens call me immediately!" I shouted at the team who waved at me through the window whilst I still dealt with the sudden question to the dance.
Slowly the jets of the ship whirred to life as it took off into the clouds, leaving me watching the ship leave until it was out of view. As I was about to leave the landing pad though a ton of white ships started flying over Vale. I looked at them, worrying slightly as on the side of the ships the Atlesian military symbol was branded on each of the ships. There was probably a reason for the ships being here and whilst I had hope nothing bad was happening, the worry was still there because why would the military come here if something wasn't wrong?

As I started walking to the tower to consult Azmuth, Glynda popped out of the tower with a frustrated look on her face. "Hey Glynda, are you okay?" I asked as she groaned.
"Yeah, just General Ironwood being a moron. Seriously, why would he bring those? It's just going to induce a panic." Glynda groaned as I nodded.
"To be fair it was my first thought," I awkwardly smiled as I noticed Glynda's frustration was more then I thought "Want to wait out his visit in my office?" I asked as Glynda nodded.
"Thank you, Ben." Glynda sighed as we got in the elevator and headed up to my office which I made sure to lock behind us.

When we entered the office, and I locked the door, we were met with a cocky look on Azmuth's face. Before we asked what was up we both got a drink and sat down as we prepared for what Azmuth was about to say. "I have made a breakthrough, if we can pair the Ultimatrix with the Omnitrix back in our universe then we might be able to open a door between universes." Azmuth hypothesized as I tilted my head.
"Umm, the Omnitrix was here before it was replaced by the Ultimatrix though?" I brought up.
"Not your Omnitrix, I was working on a perfect Omnitrix. The one you received as a child was only a prototype coded to evolve with you however this Omnitrix was so close to perfection." Azmuth explained.
"Why is this the first I'm hearing about this?" I asked.
"You simply weren't ready to learn about it yet, before we came here you had shelved the most powerful device in the universe so there was no reason to tell you about it and if I had you most probably would've wanted it." Azmuth explained.
"Yeah...so you think we could get home using the connection between the Omnitrix and the Ultimatrix?" I asked.
"Well yes, we would most likely end up at the Codon Stream which is in our universe however after we get back space travel is child's play with the Ultimatrix." Azmuth noted.
"Well it's worth a shot, shall we try?" I asked as Azmuth shook his head.
"No, the device isn't ready yet. It should be ready for the Vytal tournament though." Azmuth explained.
"Oh yeah, can we wait until after the tournament? I promised Ozpin I would be part of Penny's team for the tournament." I requested as Azmuth sighed.
"We will be testing it out before the tournament...but we can wait until afterwards." Azmuth nodded.
"So, what are your thoughts on your teammate Ben? I have met her briefly however you have been hanging around with Penny frequently correct?" Glynda asked as I nodded. p
"Yeah, she is nice though sometimes social situations goes over her head." I smiled.
"Well, considering she has Ironwood's interests she must also be strong correct?" Glynda asked curiously.
"I mean yeah, why do you ask?" I tilted my head as she sighed.
"I simply want us to beat Ironwood in the tournament. Prove that his militaristic ideology doesn't create the better huntsman." Glynda explained.
"You know, with how strict you are sometimes you can be like that." I joked as she glared at me.
"I am nothing like him, and I'm getting better with being more lax." Glynda stated as I nodded.
"Yeah, I mean you didn't shout at me too much for the food fight so that's evident you're not as serious as the start of the year." I smiled.
"Yeah well you have a part to play in that." Glynda chuckled.
"Is that a good or bad thing?" I asked worried as she shook her head.
"I suppose it depends on who you ask." Glynda responded, not answering my question.
"Umm, by the way I have to ask something Glynda." I spoke as she looked at me.
"Of course Ben.
"So Velvet asked me to the dance when they get back from their mission...do you think there is any romantic implications?" I asked as Glynda chuckled.
"Ben, I don't think I want to answer that question. That's for you to find out." Glynda said.
"Thanks for the help." I sighed as I took a sip of my smoothie.

As I was leaving my office, a couple hours after the conversation with Glynda, I received a text from Blake which simply read "Come to the dorm, we're investigating the White Fang and Torchwick."
As I read this I was surprised she even told me in the first place however I was glad, looking around I saw no one was around so I headed straight for the first year dorms so I could see Team RWBY and we could decide our next course of action however as I walked through the courtyard I passed by Penny and two others however I didn't notice them as I walked away, though the male of the trio looked at me with a curious look.
