"Why did you give her that bracelet? You planned for us to meet didn't you?" I was in Konon's hospital room, she was sitting in her bed while I was watching the view outside of her room's window. "I didn't plan it. Fate did, you know that." She responded and slowly sat up in her bed.
"She doesn't want to make her wish come true. She's pissing me off, if she never makes that wish then I'll never be free. It will be amusing to see her grieve her father's death though." I said and pulled out a cigarette before lighting it. "If one doesn't do its job correctly, all hell will break loose for the people below them." She commented waiting for my reaction intensely.
I never understood much of what Konon told me but I always learnt to accept that at the end of the day, she's trying to tell me that I must continue to fulfil my role as chaos and madness. "I don't care what happens to the world when I'm gone," I said, the grip on my fist tightening.
She then smirked and said, "You are so sure that this will happen? You're. A. Fool."

"Daeun, how do you make someone fall in love with you?" Daeun, Taehyun and I were relaxing in the park and eating some snacks on a bench. "What? Why do you want to know that?" She said but then suddenly jumped in her seat. "Do you like someone at work? SUNGHOON? JAY? No, it must be Heese-"
"No, it's to help a friend. She's planning on writing a book, a romance book and she needs some ideas."
"Oh, well you could flirt with them, treat them with gifts. You could live with them, or save their life. You can fall in love in many ways you know. " I nodded and told her that I would tell those ideas to my friend. "Whose your friend anyways? I'd love to meet them one day."
"She lives pretty far, in Busan," I responded and threw the wrapper of my snack in the bin next to me. "Noona, what happened to your other friend? That man." Taehyun suddenly asked which took me off guard.
I had forgotten that they had met. "Eonni, how much are you hiding from me?! What man? Taehyun, you need to tell me all the details baby."
Taehyun chuckled seeing how flustered I was and seeing how eager his mom was, to understand what was going on. "It's nothing eonni, just one of my friends from high school."
"You had no friends in high school."
"Well, yeah, he wasn't my friend but we shared some classes together and I once did I project with him. He noticed me the other day."
"What's his name? I might know him?"
"Riki," I said without thoroughly thinking through. According to my memory, there was no one in our high school that was called Riki. Daeun would probably know that since she was much more popular than I was. "I don't remember someone called Riki?"
