𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟮𝟰 - 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗔𝗧𝗘

𝘿𝘼𝙀𝙐𝙉 𝙋𝙊𝙑 -

It had been a while since we'd joined Jake at his place and Taehyun and I were loving it. The three of us had become our own little trio and now things just felt even better than before. Jake would drop and pick up Taehyun from school to come back home to me where we would all play around or relax together, enjoying eachothers company.

I was laying on the sofa, my new favourite spot of the house until the door was swung open by a couple probably in their early 50s stormed in.

"I-I'm sorry can I help you?"

"Where is Jake?" The man grunted and my brows furrowed in confusion, what the hell did he want with Jake. "Um he's not here right now but maybe-"

"Aren't you that worker from the cafe? Ugh, I can't believe he fell for someone like you. Anyways, we'll get to the point, get away from our son. He doesn't realise that this little scandal thing he has with you and your son will lead to big problems."

The woman sighed and settled herself on one of the armchairs whilst her husband opted for my sofa spot."Look I understand as parents you might be worried but I promise you that my son and I have not and will not be causing any problems for Jake and his career."

I stared the two down and they scoffed before getting up once realising that my answer wasn't gonna change."When Jake's life is ruined the only person he'll have to blame is you... and also that child of yours-" I cut her off once she'd addressed Taehyun that way, "Don't speak about my fucking son."

The woman expression changed to a pissed one and the man stood up defensively ready to defend his wife."Come let's go, love. She's not the one we want to talk to anyways."

"I don't want to talk to you either." Jake suddenly emerged from the hallway his parents scoffed at his words and just as they were about to comment something, Jake screamed for them to get out. And they did.I'd never seen Jake so angry at anyone like that. He was always so positive and sweet so this wasn't the type of reaction I was expecting when he'd confront his parents. "Thanks honey." I kissed his cheek and reclaimed my sofa spot once more as he just smiled bashfully.

3𝙍𝘿 𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙎𝙊𝙉 𝙋𝙊𝙑 -

A mysterious lone figure arrived at Taehyun's new school and settled beside a motorbike with his eyes endlessly scrolling for one little kid. A smirk rose from the corner of his mouth as he shuffled through the crowd of parents to reach the child. "Hey Taehyun-"

"H-huh you're not dad?" "I know you think that but let me tell you a quick story before you run off to 'dad' okay." The man cocked an eyebrow waiting for Taehyun's response in which he nodded his head as a 'yes'. "Once upon a time, there was a woman named Daeun and a man like me who had a beautiful boy called Taehyun. The man loved his son so much but Daeun was greedy and selfish, taking the son away from her forever."

"That's not true."

"Yes it is my son, I don't have the time to tell you everything but don't you miss your dad. Your mother is evil so I will come and save you soon hmm?" Taehyun's eyes started tearing up and Joohyung noticed that Jake was nearing the two of them as the seconds went by. "C-can I please borrow your phone?" Taehyun asked and Joohyung nodded, passing him the unlocked phone. "Noona, c-can you come a-and get me p-please." He cried and after a few seconds he ended the call running back inside his school.

Joohyung cackled proud at what he'd done, not only did he ruin his ex's relationship with her son but he might possibly get his son back for himself. Joohyung quickly rushed out of the school just in time for Jake to get to where the two previously were and notice that no one was there.Joohyung watched from a corner as Jake spoke to a few teachers, a frown settling on his puppy-like face. Joohyung hopped on his motorbike driving into the street just in time to notice Hwayoung running through the school gates with a worried expression.

𝙃𝙒𝘼𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙉𝙂 𝙋𝙊𝙑 -

Riki and I were out on another date in a park just walking around and talking with our hands intertwined. It had become such a usual thing between us that I'd gotten comfortable with the butterflies that would erupt in my stomach each time it happened. "I wasn't a nerd in school, I just didn't care for popularity." "Sure, love."

"Ugh whatever. Look, let's try those couple bikes, actually let's try every couple thing today."

"Are you sure about that? There's a lot of couple things in South Korea, we can't do it all in one day." He chuckled and just jokingly rolled my eyes before pulling him forward to one of the bikes. We paid for the bikes and I hopped on the front while Riki was at the back. "Hey why do you get to be at the front?"

"Because I'm driving. And I suggested this."

"And what if we crash and I die because you can't steer a bike properly."

"Excuse me. I can ride a bike properly and you don't even have a life to lose. You'll probably just respawn or something, like Jumanji." I gave him and side eye and he just gave up as we both started pedalling, me in front and him in the back. We admired the scenery around us, the children playing in the grass, dogs going on walks, the bustling city of Seoul contrasting with the quiet vibes from the park. It was really nice. I was a big city girl but I wouldn't mind living somewhere a bit more relaxed and quiet.

"Don't enjoy the scenery too much, I don't want you closing your eyes and crashing into a tree." Riki joked and I quickly took a glance behind me to see the smug look on his face, he was proud of that joke.

"Hey don't turn around."

"You know that was a dad joke. It was so bad."

"I've never really imagined myself a father."

"Don't. You'd be a horrible one."

That wasn't necessarily true.
