I Have to call the airport. Maybe they know more about where my luggage went. I mean it has been a few months, they must have done something in that time.
I have to get my Luggage back no matter what. all of my personal belongings and important papers are in there, without them, I can't get a job. I searched for their phone number on the Internet before I dialed the number.
service employee: hello with (airline) lost and found section. How can I be at your service?
dell: hello mister. my name is Dell Conagher. 3 months ago I filled a complained about my luggage being lost due to a mistake of the Airline. and I have to know if you know more about it. I really have to get it back.
service employee: may I have your ticket number and date and the time of the flight, please?
dell: the ticket number is: 256489 and the departure and time of arrival are : 01:00 pm and 3:00 pm. it was on money the 25th.
service employee: Oh, yes I see.flight 24 to Texas.
dell: yes that's it.
service employee: can you please describe what your Suitcase looks like.
dell: its a bright red suitcase with a black handle on it. also, there's a mann co logo on the right side of it.
service employee: did you lose something else?
dell: no only that one.
there is a moment of silence, all dell hears is the tapping of a keyboard.
service employee: I'm sorry but nobody reported that one yet.
can you please give me your Phone number and address.
dell: 04 0563 1234 . and (your address)
service employee: I'm so Sorry for the inconvenience sir, procedures like this never tend to take this long. I will arrange a compensation for your inconvenience and for the long wait. we will contact you when we found it, have a nice day.
dell: thanks, likewise
he ended the call. he stayed calm on the phone but inside he is boiling.How can they be so careless?
