Danny: *appears casually floating in like jeans and a I survived my trip to fowsett city tshirt and sunglasses that do nothing to block the absolutely terrifying glare that contrasts to the rest of his Poseidon from Percy Jackson only more doesn't care and slightly crazy uncle vibes* that's where you're wrong kid. *sips a smoothie of toxic green sludge which only Shazam knows is ectoplasm*
Shazam: you've got to stop showing up like this, you're either human or your not
Danny: haha, no.
Danny purrs
Trouble with someone thinking he's own his own, Danny quickly steps in like I'm his uncle. Friend. Cousin? Caregiver? Adoptive father?! You decide.

Finds meals every morning and night if 'home', usual out at midday. Woudns heal much faster and feel better.
Once they get to know each other better, it turns to winter and Billy is cold so they cuddle, Danny wrapped around billy protectively and purposely making himself have a body temperature. His ghost tail is very comfy.
Shazam and the Justice League staring down death and Danny shows up and saves them.
You and me we're not so different y'know, my parents want to dissect me and shoot at me regularly and I still live in their house, also Ancients grow up even slowly than normal ghosts, technically I'm a baby.
