𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍

So, The VKs had went to Isle and picked out four kids to bring to Auradon. After Cotillion Ben kept his word and took the list from Evie and they'd now made it a day. They'd picked Dizzy Tremaine, Celia Facilier and then Squeaky and Squirmy Smee.

Finn was excited to meet Dizzy since he'd heard a lot about her from Evie. Yeah, Finn and Evie had grown closer than ever before and it was safe to say that there was some feelings there between the two but they'd never admit it since they didn't know if the other felt the same even though they almost shared a kiss after Cotillion.

Finn had helped Evie move into her small castle and he swore his knees buckled when she gave him that smile.

Now Finn stood in Evie's kitchen while he waited for her to get ready. He was here 3 hours already. "Evie, if you don't hurry we're going to miss it!" Finn shouted "yes, Finn I'm trying to go the fastest I can!" Finn rolled his eyes "clearly not fast enough" Evie emerged from her room "I heard that" Finn held his hands up in mock surrender.

"Are you ready now?" Evie hummed as she grabbed her handbag and nodded "I wasn't even that long" Finn scoffed "you call 3 hours not long?" Evie shook her head innocently. "3 hours isn't even near half" the girl said as she walked ahead leaving Finn shocked at how long it takes girls to just get ready.

The two finally got to the front of Auradon where everyone was waiting for Ben and Mal. "Here they come" Evie said with an excited smile. The band started to play in cue at the couple walked to the middle and onto the platform. "Bippity-boppity , one, two, one, two. Can everyone hear me?" Fairy Godmother asked as she looked at the crowd who all cheered a yes.

Fairy Godmother handed Ben the microphone as he thanked the woman in response. Ben chuckled to himself as he looked around at everyone "what's up, Auradon?" Everyone cheered loud and happily at the boys question. "Thank you. Thank you so much for coming out to welcome our new arrivals. They'll be here soon" Finn squeezed Evie's shoulder as a grin took over her features.

"It worked pretty well for the first four".

"Yeah, especially for you" Chad said trying to be funny "Chad, don't make me come over there and slap you silly" Finn glared but Evie put a hand on his chest which calmed him down a little. "Mal, this is the exact spot we first met not so long ago. I feel like I've known you my whole life. But did I mention I'm in love with you?" Finn stood looking so happy that his friend had finally gathered the balls to ask Mal the question he was so nervous to ask. This was it.

"I met this girl that rocked my world like it's never been rocked and now I'm living just for her and I won't let it ever stop I never thought that it could happen to a guy like me but now look at what you've done you got me down on my knee".

Evie rested her head on Finns shoulder as they sung back up vocals to set the mood. Ben got down on one knee and held out a small box "Mal, it's you and me. It's you and me forever. Will you marry me?" Ben asked as he opened the box and revealing a ring with a purple coloured diamond on the inside.

"Will you be my Queen?" Mal looked to be on the verge of tears as she stared at the ring.

"No!"

"Yes" Mal finally spoke with a nod. Everyone cheered as soon as the word left her lips. Carlos and Finn hugged as Finn lifted the boy off the ground and spun him around while he jumped up and down.

"This makes our movie nights seem a little tame" Finn commented as things died down a little "I love y-" Finn quirked a brow as he looked at Evie "movies" Finn nodded "yeah, me too" he replied not even noticing Evie's near confession.

So, Evie had came to her senses and realised she had fallen hard for the Rider boy. Like she fell incredibly hard to the point she always wanted to be around him and talk to him about things that weren't even important. Any chance she'd get to talk to him she took it. She loved cuddling into his side when they watched lame romance movies but she wouldn't change it for the world because she still got to be around him.
