"Is everyone at home as pretty as you?" Chad asked Evie as they stood under the bleachers. " I like to think I'm the fairest of them all. How many rooms in your castle?" She asked clearly intrigued by the boy.

"Oh! Too many to count" he bragged "You really nailed that chemistry problem today. You're gonna have all the nerds in love with you" Evie shook her head "I'm not that smart" she told the boy but he wasn't buying it. "Oh, come on" Evie still shook her head still telling him she wasn't.

"No, really, I'm not. But I'm... I'm really good at sewing and cooking and cleaning. You know, like your mother, Cinderella, without the ratty dress" Evie took out her magic mirror and showing it to Chad "See this? If I ask it where something is, it tells me." Chads jaw dropped as Evie told him about the mirror.

"Are you kidding me?" Evie shook her head as Chad took the mirror into his own hands "where's my cell phone?" Evie giggles "it won't work for you, silly" she said as she took the mirror back from the Charming boy.

"No biggie. My dad will just get me a new one" he shrugged like it was nothing. "Prince Charming" Chad nodded.

"Yeah"

"And Cinderella "

"Yeah"

"Fairy Godmother"

"Yeah"

"Hey, I heard her wand is in some boring museum. Do they always leave it there?" Evie asked in hope Chad would give her some information "I'd really like to talk, but... I'm just swamped. Unless..." he trailed off as Evie took a an eager step forward.

"Unless?" She pushed "you could knock all my homework out along with yours, then maybe we could get together sometime... Hang." Evie grinned "okay" she nodded. Chad grinned "thanks, babe".

"Yeah. Bye" Evie watched as Chad walked off with a smile present on her face.

"I couldn't help but overhear..." Evie looked up at Doug who climbed down beneath the bleachers. "Are you stalking me?" Doug took in a breath "Technically... yes. I, too, have a fascination with fairy godmother's wand. Which is another reason I look forward to the coronation. Perhaps we could sit next to each other and discuss its attributes".

"Are you saying they use it in the coronation?" Doug nodded "yes. And asking you out" Evie let out a small chuckle and pat Doug on the shoulder as she passed by him.

"Well, that's some mirror you got there inspector gadget" Finn spoke as he fell into step with the blue haired girl "are you stalking me too?" Finn shrugged "you're quite the catch" Evie rolled her eyes though she couldn't stop the smile that etched its way onto her face

"Why do you act dumb around him?" Evie was a little caught off guard by the question not really knowing how to answer that. "I- what are do you mean" the blue haired girl stuttered a little.

"Come on, Evie, you're way smarter than what you make yourself out to be. Heck, I don't even think you'd even need that mirror" Evie blushed as she looked down at the ground.

"You're settling for a guy who wants you to do his homework. You're worth more than that. You deserve a guy who will treat you with equality, respect, love. Not some asshole who just wants you for like your looks and shit. Not for who you are" Finn said truthfully.

"Do you say that to all the girls?" Evie said with a roll of her eyes. She'd heard about Finn and his flirty ways when she got here. In fact it was Bethany—Finns sister who had told her.

"Only the really smart ones" he replied with a smile as Evie's cheeks blushed a deep red.

"What's up brozo!" Bethany said as she burst through Finns dorm room door. "Sure, yeah you can come in" Finn said sarcastically as he received an eye roll from his sister.

"So! How's things going?" Bethany asked in a sing song voice. Finn knew she was here for something and it definitely wasn't to just spend some brother and sister time together. "What do you want Bethany? And don't say nothing because it's definitely something" Finn said as he seen Bethany about to deny it.

"Fine. Can I like really trust you with it? Like you can't be mad or anything" Finn sat up straighter when he seen the more serious look on his sister's face. He nodded as to tell her to continue.

"So, I like this boy...he's actually really sweet and funny and he's not like any of the other guys at this school. He actually listens to me and takes interest in what I say...but I don't know how he feels and I don't want to ruin the really good friendship I've got with him" Finn's brows shot up in a little bit of surprise.

"And you want my help how?" He asked not really understanding where he came into any of this. "Well, you're a guy" she shrugged and Finn laughed a little. "Beth, all guys are different. Not every guy is gonna think the same thing. Maybe don't jump into it and give it a little time to properly evolve. If he's into you then it'll happen but you can't force anything. You know?" Bethany nodded at her brothers response.

"You do have a good way with words" Finn nervously chuckled "so I've been told although I apparently suck at English and Literature" Bethany rolled her eyes "you don't suck. We know it's because of our parents...maybe more towards dad but you like could be a poet or a writer or something" Bethany said to the boy with a shrug at the end.

"I'll take a pass on both but thank you" Bethany smiled "anything for my big bro" Finn rolled his eyes and pushed Bethany off the bed.

"Hey, Finn" Finn looked behind his locker and seen Carlos De Vil standing against the other lockers with a nervous look on his face. "Hey, you all good? You look a little pale. If it's the game then you've got nothing to worry about. I'm not too great myself so you won't be on your own" Carlos shook his head although a small laugh passed by his lips.

"Actually I need some advice" Finn quirked a brow in question. "It's about a girl" now both Finns brows shot up "why aren't you asking Jay? I mean, I'm flattered you've came to me but you and Jay are like brothers" Carlos was quick to nod and agree.

"Yeah, we are! It's just...Jay tells me the same things over and over and I can never actually pull myself to do them so I came to you in hopes there is an easier way" he said twisting his fingers nervously. Finn nodded his head for Carlos to continue.

"So, this girl...she's great like beyond great and amazing. She listens to me and doesn't care about me being the teenager of a villain and that I've done not so great things either. I've like never felt like this before and it is like driving me insane and I'm stressing because I don't know if she feels the same way or not and I don't want to mess up this great friendship we have but my god she is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my life!" Carlos let out a big breath after his speech.

Finn didn't seem to realise that this sounded a lot similar to his and Bethany's talk earlier.

"Uh, well I'd say don't rush into it or force anything. I mean, show her some signs that you're interested in her but still keep it chill. If she's interested in you too then it'll happen" the Buzzcut boy finished. Carlos seemed to let it soak in as he nodded. He could work with that.

"Okay, cool. Thanks, it means like a ton that you helped me with this" Finn couldn't even get a word in as Carlos sped off and was quickly in no sight.
