All that's been going through my head since my dad died is whether I want to continue football.

Football was always his dream, not my own. I mean, he moved me with him to Spain to ensure I could be in the best academy there is.

Is football really what I want to continue doing? I don't know.

That doesn't change the fact that I'm now in England again, the date being the 12th July 2024, with England playing Ireland at Carrow Road.

I know that Hempo is looking forward to today being the Norwich fan that she is.

Yes, I am here with both Thea and Nicolás, they wanted to watch an England match rather than a Spain match.

The kick-off is at 8, and it's currently 3, so we're exploring the city. I have to admit, I do miss England, and being here takes my mind off of dad.

Nicolás is walking around in a Williamson shirt that Leah herself bought for him, whereas Thea has a Stanway one on.

I myself am wearing one of Lucy's Barcelona shirts, not wanting to be seen in an England shirt.

Today is a considerably hot day for England, I won't lie, meaning we're walking around in shorts and a t-shirt, and I have sunglasses on trying to hide my identity.

"Annie, can you introduce us to the England players after the match?" Thea asks from beside me, making me laugh and shake my head.

"Just because I'm friends or used to be friends with some of them doesn't mean I'll be allowed to see them afterwards."

"Can we see Leah again?" Nicolás asks, making me frown slightly.

"Maybe, Nico, maybe."

Somehow, I managed to get seats that are right next to the pitch, meaning that we have a good view of the game.

I did contact Sarina Weigman, I'm not going to lie and say I didn't, meaning we're near the friends and family section but not directly in it.

"Adriana!" I hear an Irish accent say from behind me, making me turn to see Ella and Lauryn, two of Katie's sisters.

I smirk at the pair before turning back to the game.

Just before kick off, Lucy spots us and runs over to us during their warmups.

"Oi, Martinez, why ya wearing my shirt for?" Lucy says as she gets closer to us, instantly noticing the white Barcelona shirt I have on.

"I can't wear an England shirt, can I?" I say, rolling my eyes, causing her to smirk before ruffling up Nicolás' hair.

"I'm offended. You two don't have my shirts on, but G and Leah are good choices as well." Lucy says with a wink to my siblings before running off and joining back in with the warm-up.

The game ended with a comfortable 4-1 victory over Ireland, with Hempo, Russo, Stanway and Lucy scoring, and Katie scoring a free kick for Ireland.

As soon as the match finished, Lucy ran over to us all and picked Nicolás up, dragging him over the barriers as well as telling Thea to jump the barriers.

"Sorry, Dri, you aren't allowed, I'll return these two to you in a bit." Lucy says before running off with the pair over to the huddle, making me roll my eyes.

"Adriana, since when do you have kids?" I hear shouted from behind me, causing me to turn around.

I spot Tristan, Elizabeth, Jacob, Andrew, Amanda, Mum, and obviously Elizabeth's two kids.
