maybe in another life,
i could be the girl of your dreams,
i could be the pretty girl,
the talk of the town,
the aesthetically pleasing girl,
the artistic one,
the slim one,
maybe in another life,
you get to have a girl,
who will be so pretty,
you'll always be showing her off,
she looks so good,
so artistically good,
and she looks gorgeous whatever she wore,
instead you get to have the basic girl,
you'll never look back at her twice,
in this life,
i'm not the girl of your dreams,
nor am i aesthetically pleasing,
i'm chubby here and there,
and my only redeeming quality is that i am artistic—
artistically and poetically insane,
i am by no means pretty,
but i've always wanted to be the prettiest in your eyes,
i wanted to feel pretty whatever i wanted to wear,
i'm sorry i'm not the prettiest girlfriend you have,
i am trying my best to be the girlfriend you'll be proud to have.
