i wanted to say hello,
and ask how you've been,
it's been a while since i last talked to you,
i now have too many lines on my skin,
all bleeding,
so full of sorrow,
i wish i could've realized my mistakes sooner,
and no longer waited for tomorrow,
i wanted to tell you i ate my lunch today,
i made scrambled eggs the way you do,
i wanted to tell you i was done eating,
i wanted so much to tell you i missed you,
the day seems so different,
with your presence not around,
i wanted to message you again,
as crazy as it may sound,
i want to ask you,
can you please talk to me again?
i do not want to hurt you anymore,
i do not want us to end.
