Gotham meet Spider-Man and Black Cat

Chapter 11

Robin and Batman smashed through the skylight and dropped into the warehouse. "How fast do you think I can take down everyone in the room?" Robin spoke as he knocked out the first two goons.

"No time for games Robin." Batman grunted with a slight smirk on his face. In less than two minutes the goons were all knocked out.

"They should get better people to do their jobs." Robin walked over to the crates within the containers. "Penguin must have paid a lot of money to have weapons of this caliber."

Robin picked up one of the rifles from the box. "These things could put a hole in Superman." Batman took pictures with the camera inside of his mask lenses. "Penguin is up to something big."

"You truly are the World's greatest detective aren't you Father." Robin teased. Batman turned to him. "How about I handle the Penguin by myself and you'll work with, Red Hood, and Red Robin on finding Mr. Freeze?"

Robin's smirk dropped. "Fine. But only because I know you'll need my help." Batman turned around and went to check the other crates.

"So do you know how exactly you got here in the first place?" Peter looked to Miles. "Uh, yeah. I was having a fight with this crazy guy who was using these illusions to try and kill the governor of New York."

At the word illusions, Peter stilled. Mysteriously was still fresh in his mind even after everything that happened.

"Let me guess, he wore a green costume with a fish bowl for a helmet and called himself Mysterio?" Peter really hated Mysterio.

Miles nodded. "Yeah. He was really annoying, he kept talking about how much better he was than everyone, it was terrible."

"Ok, before we start anything, we need to get you a place to sleep and live while we try and figure this whole multiverse thing out." Peter grabbed his bag and tossed him some spare clothes.

"You're gonna need more clothes. I'll talk to Felicia about helping you out." Miles looked at the clothes before looking back at Peter. "Wait. What about staying at your place?"

Peter sighed. How does he explain this. "So my girlfriend's mother refuses to let me sleep at my crappy apartment and her father is a rich dude who has a chronic adoption problem, so I'm living in a Manor with multiple people I don't know."

Miles jaw dropped before he came up with a great idea. "What if I just go out on the street and you get Felicia's father in the right spot to adopt me."

Peter stared at him for a moment before grinning. "Miles, you are a genius!"

Miles simply shrugged. "What can I say, I'm just that awesome." Peter rolled his eyes. "Okay, Moana, let's get you lookin like a broken, lonely homeless kid."

Felicia looked everywhere for Peter. She looked at the apartment, the old firehouse, the library, some of the stores they bought from, and some rundown fast food places.

She couldn't find him no matter where she looked. Apparently Bruce put a tracker in their phones when they weren't looking. But that didn't matter because Peter already removed his.

Everybody went out looking for him except for Dick. He had to be back in Bludhaven because his boss wouldn't let him have any more days off. Felicia had a feeling that something else was going on with him but she didn't know much about Dick to begin with.

The family was shit show. They constantly argued and were never together all that much. Her and Peter just happened to show up when everyone wasn't doing much for the first time in their lives.

From what Felicia heard, the entire family had a huge fight that didn't get resolved until a few months ago. Somehow Felicia's life went from complicated to even more complicated.

Bruce wouldn't let her go out on patrol yet. He told her to continue her training with her mother. Her mother was the obvious choice to train her due to both of them having similar personalities and fighting styles.

Felicia still had all of her skill from the original universe. However, her body was not used to all of this training and couldn't last very long. She trained for two hours today and was ready to sleep for the next two days.

After patrol, everyone went back to their respective homes. Tim and Jason went to their apartments. Steph and Cass went to Barbara's apartment. Damian went to the theater room after everyone went to sleep.

Damian walked in to see Nika sitting in one of the seats. "And here I thought you forgot about our date Robin." She smiled and stood up to hug him.

"Hey Nika." Damian spoke in a soft voice. Damian yawned. "Sorry, Im not normally this tired after patrol." Nika sent him a soft smile.

"It's alright. You'll just have to make it up to me next time." Nika sat down and Damian followed. Damian watched as Nika scrolled through the movie options.

Damian watched as Nika stopped on a movie he had never seen before. "What do you think of The Nightmare Before Christmas."

"Never heard of it." Damian hadn't seen or heard of many movies but this was one that his family had never mentioned.

Nika shook her head and smirked. "Well then, you don't get to sleep until we finish the movie."

Damian went to argue back but was stopped. "Nope, I don't want to hear it. You are going to watch my favorite movie and it's gonna be your new favorite movie. Ok?"

Damian simply nodded his head and stole a kiss. Nika smiled at him. "Oh don't try and play that game Dami. I promise you'll like this movie. Just think of me as Jack Skellington and you as Sally."

Damian stared in confusion. "Jack Skellington and Sally?" Nika nodded. "Jack's the main character and Sally is another one of the important characters. Although we can definitely make the argument that you are Jack and I am Sally."

Damian rolled his eyes. "I'm sure, can we just watch the movie and get this over with?"

Nika matched him with an eye roll of her own. "I'm gonna put it on and you're going to watch the whole thing without, falling asleep." Damian heard the emphasis on the  "without".

Damian sighed. "Yes m'am." He gave her a mock salute. Nika hit him in the head with the pillow on the seat next to him. "You brat."

Both of them smiled before Nika picked up the remote and turned on the movie. Damian definitely did not fall in love with the movie and end up order over one thousand dollars worth of Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise.
