Karlee settled deeper into her seat, her fingers idly playing with her rings as she reflected on the question. It was strange to think about how her entire life had been so intertwined with Arthur's from the very start.

"When I was born, I was a rather loud and grumpy baby, screaming my lungs out and making most of the hospital curious. The date was October 14, 2000." Karlee smiled at the interviewer. She never thought when she sat down to do a piece on her achievements and her life today, she would end up telling the story of where it all began.

"People thought the birth of the miracle baby, the youngest Saints sibling, would be a sentimental event in my family, but it really wasn't. It's not because my parents weren't happy to have a biological child, but more so because they were so not prepared." Even today, when Karlee thought back to the day she was born, she couldn't help but laugh.

The interviewer looked up. "Were you born before the due date then?"

"A full month before my mother's due date." Karlee chuckled, twisting her wedding and engagement ring as she continued her story. "But I insisted on arriving the same day as my mother's best friend had her baby and two days before her other son's third birthday. Funnily enough, Arthur was born an hour before me and made that hour his whole personality. I still remember the story my mom told me about how Arthur and I kept crying until we were placed side by side in the baby bassinets in the nursery and it wasn't until then that we quieted down. It was that moment that solidified our friendship, our bond, our love—whatever you may want to call it. Because from that day, we were inseparable."

Arthur had become her best friend, truly. He had been glued to her side for her entire life, and he was the first to meet her aside from her parents. The second person to meet her was Charles, who had been so excited to have a little sister. Karlee remembered the story of a little Cha walking into the nursery with big eyes and a happy smile as he leaned over the crib to kiss her forehead.

Rio, Lorenzo, and Jules had been eleven years old when Arthur and Karlee were born. Though the earliest memory Karlee had of her sister was when she was three, she had heard plenty of stories about the adventures the boys had when she was the only girl in the group and how they had all doted on her.

By the time she was three, Marcy had become a constant figure in her life, and before Charles got into karting... Charles, Marcy, Arthur, and she used to run about and play.

"There's a bond between the four of us," Karlee said, smiling at the memory. "Even though Charles always said he didn't like hanging out with us and that we always annoyed him, and Marcy was too busy being my father's golden child to notice anything else, we were tight. We were always there for each other."
