Mark, Toby, and Tommy all met up later that day. They went out for lunch at a busy restaurant. “So,” Tommy started. “What did you come up with?”
“Well it’s clear they won’t do anything if we’re all in a group.” Mark said.
“So what? We split up?” Toby asked.
“That's the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard you come up with.” Tommy growled.
“Think about it. Toby can glow and harm them, you can run off and distract them. And again, they won’t do anything if we’re grouped.” Mark explained.
“Well what about you genius. You don’t have any abilities.” Tommy said, taking a bite of his food.
“I’m aware. However, if I’m far enough I could run. If I’m close enough I can fight.”
“Okay. And what if you get hurt. What then? What if you fucking die?” Tommy asked.
“Hey don’t say that!” Toby shouted. “Nobody’s gonna die.”
“Mark will if they keep thinking like a dumbass.” Tommy scoffed. “Then again that’s how they always think.” He giggled.
“Shut up man.” Mark held back a chuckle. “But in all seriousness, I think it’s a pretty good plan.”
“Well when are we gonna look for them again?” Toby asked.
“Tonight.” Tommy replied.

They went back to Mark's place to prepare. Toby was planning, Mark was grabbing things he could use as weapons or defense, and Tommy was stocking up on food and snacks. “Is everyone- Tommy, grab something other than food.” Mark sighed.
“I’m a hungry boy! Fuck off!” Tommy hissed, stuffing a handful of chips in his mouth. Mark just sighed.
“Hey Mark? What’s all this?” Toby gestured to a few medical looking supplies.
“I’m a medical student, remember?” Mark walked over, putting them away.
“Oh yeah. My bad.” Toby chuckled.
“You guys should probably go actually change. Heroes fighting in their everyday outfits wouldn’t be right.”
“Fuck you’re right!” Tommy quickly ran off, dropping the chips in the process.
“I’ll clean that up then.” Mark said annoyedly, grabbing the broom and sweeping up the broken chip crumbs.

Tommy later sprinted back out, Toby following. “We’re ready!” Tommy shouted proudly. “Let's go kick this guy's ass!” He tried to run out through the door, only to be grabbed and stopped by Mark.
“Let’s not sprint out there just yet.” Mark said. “Do you not still see people out there? A hero running outside of my home will make it obvious where we stay.”
“Where you stay.” Tommy mumbled.
“And where Tubbo stays most of the time. And where you crash half the time. So, where we stay.” Mark let go of Tommy.
“I think I saw the last person on the block go inside. We’re good!” Toby said happily.
“Let’s go!” Tommy shouted, running out.
