Author POV:-
The moment Jimin and Yoongi entered the room, they were greeted by an unexpected sight. The dimly lit space was beautifully decorated with fairy lights, rose petals scattered across the floor, and a faint fragrance of fresh flowers lingering in the air.
At the center of it all stood Kazuya, holding a bouquet of vibrant flowers. He stepped forward and, to Jimin’s utter shock, knelt down in front of him.
Kazuya’s voice trembled as he began, “Jimin, I know the way I called you and made you worry was wrong, so wrong. But I didn’t know what else to do. What I’m about to say comes straight from my heart. I don’t know when it started, but I fell in love with you. I find myself staring at you, craving even the smallest glimpse of you when you’re not around. Just a few hours apart and I feel desperate to see you again.”
He took a deep breath, his eyes locking with Jimin’s. “I love you, Jimin. I’ve loved you for so long. Will you be my boyfriend? Will you be mine, Chimmy?”
Jimin’s breath hitched. He stood frozen, completely blindsided by Kazuya’s confession. For him, Kazuya had always been a close friend, someone who felt more like an older brother, a reliable presence during tough times.
Guilt began to eat away at him as he realized the depth of Kazuya’s feelings. How could he say no to someone who had been there for him through thick and thin? But he knew he couldn’t lie to himself, or to Kazuya.
Swallowing the lump in his throat, Jimin reached out and gently took Kazuya’s hands, helping him stand. His voice was soft but firm. “Hyung… I’m really sorry. I don’t feel the same way about you. You’ve always been like a brother to me, and I can’t see you as anything more. Please try to understand. You deserve someone who can love you back, someone who will cherish you for a lifetime. But that person… it’s not me.”
Kazuya’s face fell, his hands trembling slightly as he tightened his grip on Jimin’s. “Jimin, please… just one chance. I’ll make you fall in love with me. I’ll treat you like a prince, love you like no one else ever could. Just one chance, I need you, Jimin. Please.”
Tears welled up in Jimin’s eyes as guilt weighed heavily on him, but he shook his head. “I’m sorry, hyung. I can’t do it. I can’t give you what you want.”
With that, he turned to leave the room, but before he could take a step, Kazuya grabbed his wrist harshly and yanked him back. His eyes were wild, desperation clouding his judgment as he leaned in, attempting to force a kiss.
Before Jimin could react, a loud crack echoed through the room as a fist connected with Kazuya’s jaw, sending him stumbling backward.
“You bastard!” a low, venomous voice growled. It was Yoongi. His eyes burned with fury, his entire body radiating a deadly aura. He stepped forward, towering over Kazuya, who was clutching his face in pain.
“How dare you touch him?” Yoongi snarled, his voice like ice. “I should kill you right here and now.”
Kazuya tried to get up, but Yoongi grabbed him by the collar, pulling him closer. His voice dropped to a dangerous whisper. “I’m letting you go this time because you’ve helped him before. But if I ever see you near Jimin again, if your shadow even touches him, I swear I’ll cut your dick off and shove it down your fucking throat.”
With one final shove, Yoongi let go of Kazuya, who stumbled back against the wall. He turned to Jimin, grabbed his wrist gently but firmly, and dragged him out of the room without a second glance.
Kazuya’s screams echoed behind them. “MIN YOONGI, YOU’RE DEAD! YOU DON’T KNOW WHO YOU’RE DEALING WITH! YOU’LL BEG FOR MERCY! JIMIN BELONGS TO ME, ONLY ME!”
Yoongi didn’t stop or even acknowledge the outburst. His grip on Jimin tightened as they reached another room, slamming the door shut behind them.
Jimin, still shaken, looked up at Yoongi, his lips trembling. But before he could say a word, Yoongi leaned against the door, his chest heaving with barely contained anger.
Yoongi POV:
I was seething with anger, my blood boiling as I glared at Jimin. First, he had the nerve to ignore me, and now, I had to stand there and watch this unbearable nonsense. It felt like a slap to my pride, a sharp twist in my gut that I couldn’t ignore.
Before I could stop myself, I grabbed his wrist and dragged him into another room, slamming the door behind us. My movements were fueled by frustration, my emotions spiraling out of control. Pinning him against the wall, I stared into his wide, startled eyes, my chest heaving with rage.
"Now, are you fucking happy, Park Jimin?!" I yelled, my voice rough and raw with emotion.
"You really enjoyed that little scene out there, didn’t you? Let me make one thing crystal clear, I don’t care who that guy is or what he means to you. If he even thinks about getting between us, I’ll make sure he regrets it. Get this through your head, Jimin, YOU'RE MINE ONLY MINE."
My fist collided with the wall next to his head, the sound of the impact ringing through the room. His body flinched, his small frame trembling as tears welled up in his beautiful, doe-like eyes. The sight stopped me in my tracks, my fury dissipating as guilt surged in its place. A pang of regret struck me like a knife to the heart.
Then, in a voice so small it broke me, he whispered, "Yoongi, I’m scared."
His words shattered every ounce of my anger. My shoulders sagged, and without thinking, I pulled him into my arms, holding him tightly against my chest. His warmth seeped into me, calming the storm that had been raging inside.
"I’m so sorry, baby," I murmured, my voice trembling with remorse. "I didn’t mean to scare you. I shouldn’t have shouted at you or lost my temper like that. I should’ve held you, comforted you. Please forgive me, my mochi."
I tightened my hold on him, burying my face in his soft hair. He hesitated for a moment before his tiny hands wrapped around my waist, clutching me like I was his lifeline. He snuggled into my chest, his sniffles muffled as he tried to calm himself. My heart raced at the closeness, a mix of guilt and love overwhelming me.
After what felt like forever, he pulled back slightly, his tear-streaked face tilting up to meet mine. His eyes, glistening with unshed tears, were like stars against the night sky. His pink, plump lips quivered slightly, his cute, flushed nose adding to his ethereal beauty. I couldn’t look away. He was perfect in every way, and I was completely, hopelessly lost in him.
Before I realized it, I leaned in, our breaths mingling as our gazes locked. Slowly, our lips met in a soft, tender kiss. It was gentle, filled with love and unspoken promises, no rush, no urgency, just the pure connection of two souls finding solace in each other.
When we pulled apart, our eyes met again, and the intensity of the moment drew us back together. This time, our kiss was passionate and hungry, an outpouring of all the emotions we had been holding back. My arms circled his tiny waist, pulling him closer, while his hands gripped my shoulders, grounding us in the moment.
Every touch, every movement spoke of love, desperation, and longing. In that kiss, there was no room for anger or fear, only us, pouring our hearts into each other as the world faded away.
