Hello, my fellow poets and readers. I write the stories of my life, I hope if anything you pull from this, it's that I feel deeply and quietly. I don't share my heartbreak often. I don't share my writings either. This is the start of something new. I hope it's worth it.
For those of you who are sensitive to topics of rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, mental health issues such as suicide and depression, self-harm, abuse, and child abuse you may want to steer clear of this book. My poetry is real and raw depictions of my own experiences with said topics. I am not claiming my experiences are right or the only possible experience with life, but they are mine and that makes them real. Tread lightly going forward, this is for souls looking to connect and grieve through trauma together and not for those who aren't ready or not wanting to grieve in this way. Remember there are plenty of ways to cope, this is just one that I have found within myself and decided to share for those who are the same.
For those who decided to continue reading, I hope there is something healing within these pages.
Thank You!
