-cat pov
i took a deep breath and looked up at duke as he was smirking at me waiting for us to head to the room. i got up and looked back at mattia and ella. mattia was just glaring at me while i was walking into the room. i could tell he was pissed but once again he's not my man. as i entered dukes room, we locked eyes.
duke - so what you wanna do? he asked coming closer.
cat - um duke i kinda just wanna chill. i mean i didn't know we were even playing this anyways. i struggled to get out.
duke - okay that's cool, uhh so do you wanna just talk until the 7 minutes are up? he looked in my eyes.
cat - yeah of course. i smiled relieved that he understood.
-mattia pov
i thought cat was going to reject duke because i thought she liked me. but she fucking didn't. maybe she likes duke more than me? i don't know why, he's a fucking player. i didn't realize how mad i was so i started kissing ella. she kissed back and all of a sudden all the memories of her and i started flooding back.
kai - what the fuck? i thought yall broke up? he said looking up from his phone with a shocked look.
mattia - we did but i feel some type of way now. i said pulling away from ella's soft lips.
kai - but i thought you had feelings for cat?
mattia - nah not any-
ella - that ship already sailed. she said cutting mattia completely off and smirking.
mattia - i wanna finish this in the room. i smiled.
ella - perfect. i do too. she smiled back.
-cat pov
we talked about life, food and other stuff until the 7 minutes were up. then we went out to play again.
duke spun the bottle again and after it slowed down it stopped and landed on ella and mattia. i was hoping he wasn't going to do anything but boy was i wrong.
mattia - you ready? he smiled taking her hand
ella - always ready. she smiled back grabbing his hand
she then got up and looked back at me and winked as if she was excited. fucking bitch. duke was right about the both of them. they did still have feelings for each other. or maybe mattia was mad because i didn't decline the 7 minutes in heaven with duke knowing mattia liked me. whatever it was, it was petty and childish. time passed by and i was ready to go back to my dorm and sleep. me, duke and kai talked while mattia and ella we're probably getting it on. i realized as me and duke talked more and more, he isn't really what he seems. he's caring, funny, handsome. and the way he looks at me when i talk to him made me melt.
cat - well i should go i'm getting pretty sleepy. i said while yawning and getting up off the floor.
kai - alright bye cat. he waved and smiled
cat - bye kai. i waved back.
duke - let me walk you back to your dorm. he offered.
cat - are you sure? i looked up at him.
duke - of course. he reassured.
he opened the door for me then i walked out behind him. as we got outside the wind was cooler then earlier and the sky was completely dark. we talked about a couple things until we got back to my dorm.
cat - thank you for walking me back. i smiled at him.
duke - you're so welcome beautiful. he looked down at me.
we stayed silent for a couple seconds still staring at each other. he came closer and lifted my chin up and planted his lips on mine. our lips were in sync and my hands were resting on his neck. we kept kissing for about 5 minutes. my teeth kept hitting his grills which was so fucking embarrassing. after a few seconds, we finally broke the kiss. i looked at him and smiled.
duke - have a goodnight ma. and i'll text you in the morning. he kissed my forehead.
cat - okay perfect love. i smiled.
i put my key in the hole and put my things down and started my night routine and went to bed.
-mattia pov
after me and ella made out, i kinda felt bad for cat and what i did. but who cares. her and duke probably did a fucking quickie during the 7 minutes. after a few minutes, we walked out to see just kai on the couch watching netflix. cat and duke were nowhere to be found.
mattia - kai where did duke and cat go?
kai - oh duke walked cat back to her room, she was tired. he shrugged and looked back at his phone.
ella - aww someone got a little mad. she poked her bottom lip out.
mattia - fuck you ella. i frowned and stormed out the room to see duke walking back.
duke - you and ella done fucking? he chuckled.
mattia - you mean are you and cat done fucking. i fired back.
duke - first of all, me and cat never fucked. she didn't want to so we just talked. he said acting nonchalant.
mattia - bullshit. i see the way you and her look at each other. yall want each other. i raised my voice a bit.
duke - so fucking what? why do you care? you and ella just fucked each others brains out. why would you care if i want cat. he yelled.
-ella pov
i could hear the muffled yelling outside of the door. some parts of the argument were about me and cat. i really don't give a fuck about cat or how she feels about me and mattia. she should've listened to duke when he told her about how i felt about mattia and our past. and the next time she questions me about him, she's got another thing fucking coming. i thought out loud.
-mattia pov
kai - woah yall niggas need to chill. he said coming out of the dorm.
mattia - im going back to my place. i said pulling my hair back.
duke - good. he whispered going back in the room.
-duke pov
ella - what happened? she asked.
duke - ella i think you need to go with your nigga. i said with all seriousness in my tone.
ella - sure. she walked out.
kai - ight twin ima head out im sleepy.
duke - alright.
i dapped him up and went to my bed and tried to go to sleep but for some reason i couldn't. cat was in my head and so was that kiss. i wondered if she was still awake. so i decided to text her and see if she would even reply.
