i woke up to no breakfast on my bed. usually when i wake up, esmeralda already had food laid on my bed because duke requires her to take care of me everyday because he's not there. but there wasn't any. i wonder why. he was getting out soon anyways, i really missed him. kai has been taking me out to my appointments all week.

esmeralda had come to see me today. she comes to see me every week and gives me new updates on the house, cat and the baby.
officer - dennis you got a visitor
duke - alright. he led me to the visitation room.
esmeralda - good morning duke. she softly smiled.
duke - morning esmeralda. what's been going on? i sat down.
esmeralda - i just been cooking, cleaning and well, cat has a new visitor around the house.
duke - what do you mean new visitor? he frowned
esmeralda - she said his name is kai i think.
duke - are you fucking serious? he said gradually getting louder.
esmeralda - calm your voice. she said looking around at the people staring at them.
duke - the fuck is he doing there?
esmeralda - he's been you know..
she hesitated.
duke - tell me! he banged on the table.
esmeralda - they've been having sex! she flinched

esmeralda - she said because you weren't there she needed someone to get you off her mind.
officer - dennis, your time is up. the officer spoke up before i could even get a word out.
esmeralda - please stay safe until you get back.
duke - i will. just wait til i get out. he said getting up

duke had been released from jail and i missed him so much. luckily kai made it back home a couple days ago
because if he saw him he would go back to jail. i was sleeping peacefully when i heard some commotion downstairs. i was half asleep so i decided to get up and get myself together. i only put on lounging clothes because i wasn't going out today dealing with the baby.
i sat on the bed and put on my slippers when i heard footsteps coming up the stairs, then the door swung open to duke.
cat - duke! i ran up to him happily.

and pressed his body against my belly which caused hella pain.
cat - ow. i winced in pain
duke - so you're sneaking niggas in my fucking house without me knowing and having sex with them?

cat - duke please you're hurting us. i struggled to get out.
duke - shutup. why did you tell kai he could come in my fucking house.
cat - i wanted h-him to help with the baby. i teared up trying to loosen his grip

cat - look. i pointed to the ultrasound pictures while crying.
he let go and picked up the pictures of the baby. it was a baby boy.
i rubbed my neck and fell to the floor crying while shaking.
cat - i never had sex with kai. he was simply here to take care of me and the baby and take me to my appointments and pick up groceries since you never let me go places.
duke - im so fucking sorry mama. i didn't mean to hurt you and the baby.
cat - no get away from me. i crawled away from him.
duke - cat please im sorry. he said coming closer
cat - i want to leave. i don't wanna stay in las vegas anymore. i sniffed.
duke - i'll just give you some space. okay?
i didn't say anything i just got up and walked out. i didn't know what got into him. where did he get the idea that me and kai ever had sex? i wanted to desperately leave. i didn't want to have this baby with him at all. after all, he didn't care about me or the baby. i was hurt. and i missed kai.
