just for you
Skin so soft like butter, a dull knife slicing through;
The touch I would never forget, but why would I want to?
Haunt me through every dream, you are nothing if not persistent;
Your existence is my muse and like a river, it flows and glistens.
The tattoos on your flesh may as well be inked into my mind,
Trace them with my tongue and see what you taste like.
Whisper in my ear and discuss all the beautiful things,
A voice like milk and honey, take a bite out of me but it doesn't sting.
Your bones mesh with my bones, oh how they intertwine-
Fingernails bleeding from digging out of the grave (but you brought me back to life!)
I ache to achieve such perfection, I could never get it right;
The renewal of tomorrow may bring joy or bring sorrow, but for now let's just turn out the light.
Goodnight.
