No one notices the stiff and awkward poses, they just see the glitz and glam-
The rhinestones look so shiny as she dances with the band.
Her smile is so pretty, her beauty lights up the whole room;
We clap our hands and cheer as she prances merrily to her doom.
It's always the brightest stars, the ones who weren't supposed to cause us worry-
But if you want to save her from the fire, I urge you'd better hurry.
They're sharpening their pitchforks, she doesn't see it coming-
She is standing in the spotlight when she really should be running!
