Few days have passed. Nasa library si Caia at nagbabasa-basa. She's planning to go back to the mortal world 'cause of that darkness. The problem is if Amor Fati will allow her. She has not stayed in the immortal world for so long and her purpose here is to be with Amor Fati. She's a sacrifice so, she's supposed to serve him by his side.
"Lady Caia, we're done!"
"Silence your voice, Osiris," saad ni Claude.
"Good, thank you," she said. Then she took one book.
Dala-dala kasi nila ang mga librong inutos ni Caia na hanapin nila. Most of it are about the darkness, descending to the mortal world and how to store a huge amount of energy into ones body. She can't bring herself to depend on Amor Fati at all times when she went out of her energy and mana.
"When will you tell about His Grace about your plans, Lady Caia?" Osiris asked curiously.
"Shall we prepare what should we bring just in case he approved?" dugtong ni Claude. As her messengers, they can travel the mortal world with her.
Nakatingin sa kanya ang dalawa, naghihintay ng sagot. Her plans are already half done yet she don't know how to tell Amor Fati about it. Her plans could help his influence to their world increase but their are thousands of worlds he is managing. Their one little world might not affect him that much.
She sighed. "I don't know. I should really consult my sister-in-law. Have you checked the Goddess of Mortals' availability?"
A book appeared from Claude's hand. Binuksan niya ito at nagbasa. Nakisilip na nga rin si Osiris, at sa malawak niyang ngiti niya ay alam na ni Caia ang nakasulat doon.
"The Goddess is available today, Lady Caia!" malakas na sambit ni Osiris. Nabatukan tuloy siya ng kapatid.
"Do not shout inside the library, and why are you peeking into my own works anyway?" inis na sabi nito.
Tahimik lang sila noong una pero mas gusto ni Caia ang ganitong senaryo. Mabilis naman siya tumayo.
"We can look into these books after. Tell the librarian and bring all of these into my room. Hihintayin ko kayo mamaya. Pupunta tayo kay Mathilda," sambit niya.
Binitbit nila ang mga libro at naglaho. Lumabas na siya ng silid-aklatan at naglakad sa pasilyo. Habang nag-iisip siya kung anong mga itatanong kay Mathilda ay napatingin siya sa naglalakad. Kung sineswerte nga naman ay si Amor Fati ang naglalakad kasama ang iba pa at abala sa pag-uusap.
She do not want to interfere with them so she suddenly turned left to the other hallway instead walking straight into her path. Also, she doesn't want him to catch a hint that she's planning something. A God's intution is strong.
Pero habang naglalakad siya sa ibang daan na ito ay nakaramdam siya nang isang kamay sa kanyang balikat. Napaharap tuloy siya dito sa gulat. She doesn't even sense anyone's aura earlier.
"Are you hiding from me?" tanong ni Amor Fati.
Her arms were into her back, hiding her fidgeting hands. Then she showed her sweetest smile. When one count how many times she smiled, they will say she smiled more in the immortal realm than in her home world.
"Why would I? Ayoko lang makaabala sa pag-uusap niyo," sagot niya.
His brows furrowed. She doesn't make any sense to him.
"We will talk later," sagot na lang niya at umalis.
Napa-hinga nang maluwag si Caia. Buti na lang ay abala si Amor Fati kaya wala siyang oras makipag-usap nang matagal.
