"Come on toot help me put sand in the bucket so we can make a sand castle" i smiled at my daughter while she played in the sand.

It was our last day in Galveston and i wanted this to be a beach day.

I don't know what came over me i just packed me and Parris a little bag and left.

I felt smothered while i was staying with Heaven, so we left while she was at work. Think God i shipped off my orders for this week but i know when i go back ima have a lot more orders to do.

I've been ignoring Judah's text and calls since i had sent him a text that Parris was safe and okay.

I haven't talked to anybody at allat besides Heaven. I know its wrong but i just want to be left alone for a while.

I wanted peace and my daughter brings that, also being on a beach is a plus.

"Mommy look" Parris little voice squealed excited as she held up two hands full of sand with a big smile on her face.

That feeling of wishing i could protect my daughter from this world was weighing heavy on me on this moment.

I never want my daughter to feel the way Ive been feeling these past couple of weeks.

Grabbing my phone from under my towel on when to the camera and snap a couple of pics of Parris.

Sighing i looked out into the ocean watching the waves crash against each other.

Thank God there wasn't that many people at the beach right now.

The peace was refreshing, but leaving this peace right now had me a bit sad cause i knew reality was about to come back.

Later that day
