The Project 'Buddy'

It was the day.

The day of Gbogh Fest.

Jungwon was nervous. He had never danced in front of a huge crowd before. Let alone in front of random people since it's open to the public.

Aish, he was so anxious.

The festival didn't only start until 5pm later, but there was a lot of preparation going on the past week. Jungwon had been helping out, along with his friends. Jay and kept wanting to hang out but Jungwon politely declined, telling him he was, 'busy preparing for graduation'

Now, he and his friends were in the field, under the scorching hot sun. They were helping the Universit's head, Lee Felix, with the decorations and set up of the booths.

"Oh my god, a drink would be so good right now," Sunoo groaned, wiping sweat of his forehead.

"Did someone say 'drink'?" they heard a voice say from behind them. Jungwon turned around and saw K waking towards them, drinks of bubble tea in his hands.

"K hyung!" Niki exclaimed, running over to the older and bringing him into a hug.

"Hi, you big baby. Now get off me, you're sweaty," K scrunched his nose in disgust and Niki rolled his eyes, but then they lit up again when he saw the big bubble tea drinks.

"All of you each get one," K instructed and everyone there cheered for their former University head. Felix, who went over to take his drink, thanked K and they both nodded in understanding, like they both knew what each other's struggles were.

"K hyung is the best!" Taki exclaimed, sipping his drink earnestly and sighing in relief.

"Right?" Niki grinned and plopped himself down on the grass, gulping down his drink.

"Oi, don't waste it. Save some for later, we still got so much work to do," Sunoo argued and Niki just stuck out his tongue. Jungwon would have thought Sunoo would just return it, but instead, a small hint of pink creeps onto his cheeks.

Jungwon almost pinches himself but in a blink of an eye the blush is gone and is replaced again with Sunoo's iconic sassy expression. Jungwon glances at Niki, who seemed like he had noticed but chose to ignore it.

"Okay chop chop we need to get working! Niki, bro get your ass up and moveurrrr!" Felix instructed, and Niki jumped to his feet.

"Bro how can you just control him like that?" Jake asked Felix.

Felix shrugged. "I'm the uni's head, of course that's the minimum expectation of the students here," he joked, and the Aussies laughed in their own world.

"I'm honestly so excited for later! Do you think we'll look good?" Sunoo turned to Jungwon who was inflating balloons with helium.

Jungwon looked over at Sunoo, put the half air filled balloon to his mouth, breathed in some helium and answered, "well if we didn't I honestly don't care cause I'm me and it's their problem if they think we're ugly cause we're not." Jungwon inhaled and grinned.

Sunoo was already on the ground, hugging his sides and crouching. "Your...voice-HAHAHAHA!"

"Yoiii hold up I wanna try that!" Jake said from behind Jungwon. He took the helium and pumped in air in a empty balloon, took in some air and began taking;

"Ahh I feel so young." Jungwon giggled and Sunoo laughed even harder, which led to Niki jointing them and soon, the 4 of them were having fun with helium.

Jungwon glanced over at Jake, who was grinning widely. He smiled, remembering that evening in the dorms. He was glad his hyung was doing okay now. They rarely met with Heeseung and the others now that their project was over, and everyone had been so busy with the fest that it was pretty easy to just forget about it.
