Jake slumped against the door, sighing and banging his head slightly against it.

From outside, you can hear a muffled shouted from Heeseung, "see you soon, pup!"

Jungwon and Sunoo were now just giggling and fanboying as they watched their hyung suffer in silence and smile through the pain. He managed to mumble a 'yeah' but anyone doubt Heeseung heard it.

"Yall are some pains in the ass," Jake commented, chuckling while dragging his hands down his face. Jungwon and Sunoo laughed even more.

"But that was so sweet hyung! I heard you even said, 'you have one more chance hyungie~'," Sunoo teased and Jake glared at him through his fingers.

Jungwon gasped. "No way!"

Sunoo nodded. "Mhm. You heard me right, pookie."

"SIM JAEYUN!" Jungwon whisper yelled and Jake just rolled his eyes while Sunoo continued laughing uncontrollably. Jungwon just laid back down on the sofa and sighed dramatically.

Just then, he shot up. "Oh shit, I forgot! I'm suppose to see my mum today! We're having lunch together!"

Sunoo and Jake gave him an expectant look and Jungwon sighed in defeat. "Okay fine, the CEO is bringing us to lunch."

"Dude," Jake looked him in the eyes, "that's the 5th time this month! How is your mum still viewing this as-ok wait what does she view this as?"

"Try-outs," Jungwon replied rolling his eyes, and Jake made big gestures and squawked out no words while pointing to the air like he was trying to express how oblivious Jungwon's mum was but couldn't say she was oblivious.

"Oh, but she told me to bring you guys along. Wanted you have a proper meal for once," Jungwon added, and Sunoo clapped his hands in delight.

"Okay then, let's gaur! I need at least an hour to get ready oh gosh we're actually seeing the CEO!" Sunoo squealed and Jake nodded excitedly, and the two of them rushed to get ready.

Jungwon, baffled, shook his head. "You know I wished my mum would act like how you two did instead," he mumbled, and got up to wash up as well.

"Wonwon!" a girly, sugar-coated voice rung through Jungwon's ears. He turned to his right to where his mum, Miss Yang, was strolling with the CEO of her company behind her.

"Mum!" he exclaimed, and rushed to give her a tight squeeze.

"Aish. So big already, ah! My wonwon look like a grown man!" she cooed as she caressed Jungwon's face, and her son just chuckled softly.

He stepped away from his mum's arms and bowed slightly to greet the CEO, who also happened to have the surname 'Yang.' Sunoo once asked if he was actually his biological dad but after plastic surgery, but Jungwon's mum was confident it wasn't him, knowing his lazy attitude to even get a job.

"Good afternoon, Mr Yang," Jungwon greeted politely, and the older man chuckled and patted Jungwon's head. Mr Yang was a tall, handsome and fit man who had brownish-grey hair. Mum had told Jungwon that he was about 57 while his mum was 55.

"Eh, don't me so formal! You guys can just call me Hyun-Jun," Hyun-Jun answered, gesturing to Jungwon and his friends. They all smiled and nodded their heads politely. Meanwhile, Miss Yang was hugging Sunoo and Jake, telling them how big they've grown and that they should eat more.

"Mum, come on, let's go inside," Jungwon jerked his head to the restaurant's front door, and his mum nodded excitedly. Once they sat down at a table, his mum began asking questions.

"Won-ah, how's school? Got anybody interesting yet?" she raised her eyebrows mischievously and Jungwon sighed into his arms.

Sunoo and Jake chuckled and slapped each other. At this, Miss Yang looked over at them, expecting an answer.
