Brittany picked Eden up out of her crib. "It's your birthday! Happy birthday! Can you believe you're already one!?"
"Ye!" Eden cried out happily. The only words she knew how to say were Mommy for Brittany, Mama for Santana and yes and no. But when she said yes, she dropped off the 's.'
"You look so pretty!"
She wore a navy blue and red dress with white socks and black Mary Janes."
"Ye!"
Brittany giggled.
Santana came in wearing a black dress with white dots all over it. It was modest and made her look very motherish. Brittany liked it.
"Happy birthday to my beautiful baby!" She said in a baby voice. She took Eden from her wife's arms and shifted her over to her left hip.
Brittany grinned and snapped a candid shot and posted it to Instagram with the caption:
My two girls! Happy birthday Eden!👶🏽
Soon comments flooded in.

Brittany smiled and put her phone back in her pocket.

The party was in full swing and Brittany set the cake down in front of Eden as everyone else sang happy birthday as loudly as possible.
When it was over Quinn's twins, Beth and Bryn who were both four jumped at the chance to blow out the candles because Eden couldn't yet.
Quinn had them early when she was only 19 but it had all worked out great.
"Happy birthday, Eden!" Beth cried.
"Ye! Ye! Ye!" The baby squealed.
"How old are you?" Bryn asked.
"Ye! Ye! Ye!"
"That's not an age!" She pouted
"Sweetie she can't talk very good yet." Quinn chuckled.
"Oh. When will see talk good?" Bryn asked curiously.
"Yeah when will see?" Beth coursed.
"Soon we hope!" Brittany said.
"So," Puck said. "It's the first birthday which is a big deal. I think this warrants a Brittana duet!"
"Yes!" Santana cried enthusiastically. She loved singing and was currently recording her first album. Brittany was teaching dance classes at school.
They looked up music to a song that Santana picked. Brittany went with whatever she wanted because she was thoroughly whipped.
They found it and began to sing to their baby who was giggling and clapping at the music.

Beth and Bryn were doing that little kid dancing that's really just jumping up and down.
"Happy birthday cutie pie!" Eden's moms cheered together.
And it was happy.
