"He never really learns."
"If you forgave him time and time again, he'll be taking it to his own advantages. How many times has it happen?"
"I admit that you were too foolish to believe that his a change man."
"Your slowly losing yourself, my dear sister. You married him and what is the consequences?"
"Your marriage with him only brought pain on your ownself."
"Mommy?"
Hera was cut off from her thoughts by the sudden intrusion of her daughter, looking at her in concern.
Three days passed since that event happen but only the words of her sister's keeps ringing in her head, painful to admit but her sister's were right. Too right that she couldn't help but to smile bitterly.
They were right. She's a foolish one.
"Mommy? Are you alright?" Again, her daughter ask in concern. It made Hera felt warm in comfort, knowing that their's still one person who can love her unconditionally. A person that will always be present even in her lowest.
"Mommy's alright?" Smiling gently as she caressed her daughter's cheek gently.
"Are you sure?" Veronica frown, she knew her mother too well. Her mother would rather hide her pain to herself than to show it to others, she fears to be seen as weak in the eyes of many.
"Hundred percent sure." Chuckling at how her daughter seems so concern, Hera wanted to tell her daughter everything but she can't. She would rather bear the pain alone than to let her daughter feel the pain that she's experiencing.
"How's school?" Changing the subject immediately.
Immediately, Veronica pouted and frowned in dissatisfaction."I hate it."
This made the Queen frown.
"Care to tell me the reason, my dear?"
Vera sigh. "I met this girl, she's my seatmate. She has this beautiful warm brown orbs with a cat like eyes, she reminds me of snowy! I want to be friends with her but..."
Dragging the last part, causing Hera to raise one of her eyebrows. It's not everyday that her daughter would talk about her classmates in school, her daughter would talk about homeworks and what she learned. The girl that her daughter is pertaining might be the first one and could be the last. So it's quiet surprising that her daughter now seems to be frustrated with just one girl.
"But what?"
Vera immediately whine as she throws herself into her mother's arm, burying herself and trying to find comfort in it.
