Rin stood in shock, unable to believe what she was seeing. Her usually composed and confident Lord, Sesshomaru, was now suffering from a strange case of what she could only describe as shyness.

It was almost comical to watch as his gaze kept straying towards Kagome-sama, clearly wanting to talk to her but unable to find the words. Even Kagome-sama seemed aware of the tension between them, stealing her own glances at Sesshomaru-sama every now and then.

But both of them were too stubborn to make the first move and it was driving Rin crazy. In a moment of determination, the young girl decided she would have to take matters into her own hands. She would approach her lord and strike up a conversation, finding a way to involve Kagome-sama in it as well.

She knew that once they started talking, the awkwardness between them would fade away and they could finally have a proper conversation. It was a perfect plan and Rin was eager to put it into action. But what should she get them talking about?

Despite her lord's stoic and intimidating demeanor, Rin had come to realize that Sesshomaru-sama was a man of many talents. However, the only ones Kagome-sama was aware of were his exceptional skills in fighting and verbal sparring.

As a miko, Rin couldn't imagine Kagome-sama discussing topics such as death and battle as a form of leisure, so that idea was quickly dismissed.

However, Rin had observed her lord closely over the last two years, and she noticed that he had a certain flair for writing. Being an avid reader herself, Kagome-sama found solace in the written word and Rin thought that perhaps this would be an avenue for them to bond.

Excited by this possibility, Rin eagerly approached her lord and set her plan into motion, hoping to lure Kagome-sama over with the promise of epic tales from the mind of her lord.
