Chapter 2: World of Azur Lane

Atlantic Ocean, 1941--- World of Azur Lane

It was 10 years since the Sirens invade Earth and Azur Lane was founded to combat it, but of course the faction has split into 2 4 years earlier since the Crimson Axis want to use Siren tech to advance themselves against the Sirens, but was disapprove by Azur Lane because they don't know the detail or threats from using them. The main faction in the Crimson Axis continue to research Siren tech named Iron Blood(Germany). Today we're going to the Atlantic Ocean to see a one warship traveling across the Atlantic Ocean which is Friedrich der Gross a PR kansen and the mother of Iron Blood returning back from her mission after destroying a couple of convoys from the Royal Navy.

Friedrich(happy): "Time to head back and see the children."

Friedrich continue to head home until she notice blue lights at the distance which she finds it strange.

Friedrich(confuse): "Blue light? Out here?"

Friedrich is heading where she saw the blue light and notice a small submarine out in the middle of the water, but it looks old and tiny.

Friedrich: "What a small submarine. I wonder who put it here?"

Friedrich look around and notice a girl sleeping on the side of the submarine which she finds it cute. The submarine is H. L. Hunley and the main question is how did she got there which that answer will be later on in the story. Friedrich grab her by the arms.

Friedrich: "Looks like a lost child. Don't worry; I'm going to take you home."

Friedrich decide to load up the small submarine and take Hunley to one of the rooms inside her ship before heading home and take care of Hunley. Hopefully Azur Lane doesn't find out about her been alone.

Time Skip--- 5 days later
Isaac's Lab, Germany

We head to Isaac's Lab which is owned by Isaac who is a researcher of wisdom cube for the Northern Parliament until the war against the Crimson Axis has started and Isaac defect to Iron Blood to continue his research of wisdom cubes. Isaac is studying the shiny rainbow wisdom cube and study the powers that reside inside of it.

Isaac: "Got a 45% output and now going to put 15% more inputs of power into the wisdom cube."

His study was disturb when a door open which reveal Friedrich holding a girl in her arm which the entire stuff came falling onto Isaac's head and a hammer smack Isaac on the head.

Friedrich: "Sorry to disturb you Isaac, but can you help this little one."

Isaac: "Don't worry about; I enjoy getting hit with an hammer. What can I do you for Miss Grosses?"

Friedrich: "I found this lovely child in the middle of the ocean and see if you can help found out to figure her out. I believe she's an kansen."

Isaac: "What would you say that?"

Friedrich escort Issac outside where there is a tiny submarine outside of Isaac's Lab while hiding from the view of the soldiers that is patrolling around the base. Isaac examine the submarine.

Isaac: "Looks like a 19th Century submarine. My best guess in the middle of the 1800s. No weapons on board which makes sense since weapons on submarine is still in progress during that time period. Smaller than a U-Boat or more like a fish boat than others."

Isaac continue to examine it and start to realize what the submarine is which he was shock to see and decide to gather documents of information about relates to the submarine which Friedrich is confuse of what cause Isaac to be excited.

Friedrich: "Something wrong?"

Isaac(happy): "Friedrich der Grosses; you found H. L. Hunley."

Friedrich(confuse): "Hunley?"

Isaac: "Hunley is the main reason of U-Boats and other submarines that exist today. She is known as the Mother of Submarine Warfare because she was the first submarine to destroy a enemy warship, but she went MIA during the Civil War. I wish I can talk to her, but looks like she is sleeping at that moment."

Right on cue, we can see Hunley start to wake up from her slumber and notice a couple of people talking about her, but she can't speak so she continue looking around the room to see it was a lab with advance technology while waiting for the two to notice them.

Isaac: "We better be careful since we both know there are girls out there who will be interesting to tinker with an ancient relic or kansen to that matter."

Friedrich agree with Isaac and notice Hunley looking around the lab.

Friedrich(happy): "Looks you have looking up from your nap. How are you doing?"

She didn't respond and continue to stare at Friedrich which she is confuse of why she isn't speaking to her so Isaac decide to examine her with the equipment and notice that she is still underdeveloped.

Isaac: "Looks like she is still develop. She is more like a child than adult which makes since she just born during the war. She needs to be taken care of..... I shouldn't have say that."

Friedrich hug Hunley and decide to take care of her.

Friedrich(happy): "I'm going to take care of you my child and enjoy your life to fulfillment."

Friedrich head out of the lab with Hunley while Isaac standing in the middle of the room that looks like a mess. Isaac start to clean up until the door open again which cause more stuff to fall onto him which reveal KMS Nijmegen.

Nijmegen: "Sorry to disturb you Isaac, but Lady Bismarck request you at the meeting..... Isaac? He must be gone."

Nijmegen close the door while Isaac try to get out of the pile of stuff and decide to follow his orders.
