This is the story of H. L. Hunley a Confederate submarine that made history to not in the US, but the world as one of the Founding Mothers of submarines. This is her isekai story in the world of Azur Lane.
Isaac is working on Hunley's submarine with Nijmegen inside of the submarine, but the problem is that the submarine hasn't change during the wisdom cube transfer; however the hull's color has change.
Nijmegen: "Again; why am I in here?"
Isaac: "We need to see what's inside that change."
Nijmegen: "It looks a same."
Isaac write that report and still need find a way for Hunley to become a worthy submarine otherwise Bismarck will have no choice but to scrap the ship which it will be bad for Friedrich der Grosses and everyone who is going to feel the wrath of a mother who willing to protect her child from harm. Nijmegen try to get out of the submarine, but he got stuck all the sudden.
Nijmegen: "I'm stuck; I need help here."
Isaac look at the report while Nijmegen try to get out of the submarine until the door knock to reveal Bismarck and Prinz Eugen.
Isaac: "You need something Lady Bismarck?"
Bismarck: "How's the progress? Is she seaworthy?"
Isaac: "We need a lot of resources for her. Her submarine isn't the same as a U-Boat; however if we can remake it just like Hornet and Yorktown than we can pull it off."
While at the same time; we can see Nijmegen manage to get out of the submarine, but fall down from the platform and the submarine land on his back which gives Isaac the idea of creating a best submarine.
Isaac: "You're a genius Nijmegen. You give me an idea."
Nijmegen(pain): "YEAAAA!"
Prinz Eugen was poking Nijmegen's face while he try to get the submarine off his body while at the same time Isaac is making a PR blueprint while Bismarck stare at Isaac until she lift the submarine off Nijmegen's back. Prinz Eugen take Nijmegen to the medical facility so he can be heal.
Bismarck: "What's your plan?"
Isaac: "If we can't do something about her submarine, but decide to make a new type of submarine. We can make her seaworthy of traveling with the U-Boats. NOW LEAVE! I need to prepare this project and I'm going to be done within the year."
Bismarck leave Isaac while making his project blueprint. What kind of submarine? We find out later. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time Skip ---- 2 years Late Kiel Shipyard, Iron Blood
It was two years since Isaac's project has begun and now it's time to see it's fruit. We can see a lot of workers waiting for Isaac arrive with his new blueprint which is a new class of Submarine. Isaac approach the workers.
Isaac: "Okay gents; let's make Bismarck proud. Here's the blueprint. Now, let's get working."
Workers: "Yes Sir."
Everyone head to the drydock and start building the new submarine which Isaac called it Project Heavy Gun where he decide to combine a submarine and a heavy cruiser into one warship. The construction has commission, but at the same time he contact Bismarck to inform her that we need to put Hunley into deep sleep since it's dangerous if we insert the wisdom cube into the new submarine including the soul.
Isaac: "Lady Bismarck; time to commence the operation."
Bismarck(phone): "Understand. We're going to prepare the chamber." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time Skip Isaac's Lab, Iron Blood
We can see Hunley naked and putting in the chamber for a deep slumber which she is scare of what's happening, but was comfort by Grosses that everything is okay.
Friedrich: "It's okay my child; you're going to be alright. It's just a process of becoming one of Iron Blood."
Hunley nod while Bismarck press the button to close the chamber and Hunley went to deep slumber while her new ship is being built.
Friedrich: "You think it's okay."
Bismarck: "Isaac knows what he's doing so we need to trust him."
Friedrich decide to stay beside her daughter's side until the time has come. At the same time Hunley's new ship is getting built. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time Skip---- 9 months later Kiel Shipyard, Iron Blood
We can see a giant tarp over a large object with everyone staring at it which they have question what kind of ship that would become the new Hunley. Isaac is standing in front of everyone including Bismarck. Friedrich is still with Hunley, but was told that her new ship is built.
Isaac: "Everyone; today a new submarine will become part of the Iron Blood family. We know that Hunley isn't with us because her ship is been remade and built into something. I should thank Nijmegen for helping me."
Nijmegen(confuse): "I did?"
Isaac: "We're going to turn into the new version of the submarine. Bigger, Stronger, everything that Iron Blood desire. Today I'm going to bring you the Typhoon-Class submarine.
Isaac remove the tarp and show a giant submarine.

Isaac: "It took a while, but this submarine will be the newly fruit of our labor. KMS Hunley at your service Iron Blood. The Great White Shark has risen."
Everyone clap while the workers are sleeping on the ground after hard time working on the submarine which they deserve some rest. They went inside to see the front area of the submarine has a big flak cannon install into it. It can carry more torpedoes than your average U-Boat.
Bismarck: "Why do you make it big?"
Isaac: "I got that idea from Friedrich since she was the one who adopt Hunley to the family so I decide to make the submarine big. Nice touchy if I say so myself."
They continue to have the tour of the submarine until Isaac order everyone to leave so he can insert the wisdom cube into the ship.
Isaac: "Time to see your new ship Hunley."
Isaac slam the wisdom cube into the submarine and now what's going to happen to Hunley will be reveal in our next chapter.
